The ground crew & those on the flight line were all professional & attentive but Pilot Mark was really terrific - informative, professional & personable all wrapped into one great guy! What a great segment to our trip - our 1st time in HAWAII T&K

Pilot was very knowledgeable about the history of the island and the location of everything. Kept the tour interesting and filled in the not so interesting areas(if there are any) with good music and corny jokes.
