Blue Hawaiian was incredibly professional and felt very safe. There was a safety briefing video ahead of our flight and we were all issued a personal flotation device. We were given very specific instructions about where to stand and how to board. The flight itself was amazingly beautiful. We flew out of Lihue and saw Waimea Canyon and the Na Pali Coast. It was also such a clear day that we got to see the top of Mount Waialeale - which our guide told us he had last seen in February (we went in August). With a family of 6 we had the entire helicopter to ourselves, which was great. I would budget extra time just in case - our flight was delayed about about 30 minutes waiting for the fueling truck - we were the first flight of the day which was 8 am and discounted as well. It was also nice because there was only one other helicopter in the air that we could see that time of day.

Mark, our pilot was very informative of the points of interest on the island of Kauai. He made the tour a funny outing. We look forward to reviewing the video when we return home. Thank you!

The staff was polite and friendly. The pilot was informative and humorous. The tour was gentle with spectacular scenery. And they all were kind and understanding when one of the youngsters experienced a bout of motion sickness.

The helicopter ride was a wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend this helicopter experience even for first time riders. The ride was very smooth and beautiful, the scenery was magnificent and the pilot was very engaging and checked up on us frequently.
