Personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Loren the pilot was relaxed and humorous which made the flight very rewarding. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone

Awesome tour!! Super friendly pilot who explained everything we were seeing, answered all questions knowledgeably, and flew over things from multiple directions so all the passengers could get a good view. Really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the amazing views of flowing lava!!

Incredibly beautiful tour of the island. I am very prone to motion sickness and was apprehensive about my first helicopter ride, but if you also tend to get motion sick do NOT let it keep you from going. I took 2 bonine as I usually do before I fly but I probably didn't need to - flight was incredibly smooth and enjoyable. I felt great the entire time. Mahalo!
Carl, our pilot, was the best! He knew just how to navigate to the volcano and we were so excited to see lava and the majesty of the volcano. We had to rebook because of bad weather Wednesday but sooooo glad we did rebook because today was wonderful! We would recommend this experience to all of our friends who come to the big island. Brody is a wonderful pilot. The island is so beautiful, too beautiful for words. What a wonderful way to end out trip to Hawaii. Love these islands and the people.
We were with the pilot Greg and he was great. The tour is a once in a life time thing that was really fun. I felt a little sick but it was all worth it at the end. Mahalo
