Ethan was very informative and a AWESOME PIOLT !!! Staff was very accommodating. One suggestion ,maybe put some type of shelter from the sun, by the fence out by the tarmac / landing. Mahalo , Carl and Shelly Reynolds.

Pilot and trip was amazing. I wish we could control the weather better but you do have an amazing pilot. Although the support crew like Lawrence needs to learn more patience while interacting with customers.
Ethan (pilot) was very informative and skilled. He went out of his way to better the flight with rainy conditions. Viewing the caldron was the absolute highlight. 4:00 departure was great for viewing the lava glow...Great adventure!
This excursion was amazing! The views were great and our pilot Greg was excellent. He was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had about the scenery. We were able to see amazing views that included the landscape of Hilo, old and new lava, as well as the active site of the volcano. Thank you Blue Hawaiian Helicopters and Greg!
Amazing views! The pilot did an excellent job flying. I felt comfortable with him immediately. The only suggestion I can think of is offer a way to increase the volume on the headsets. I was unable to hear the pilot loudly enough to understand him at times because his voice was not loud enough.

Ethan was an excellent pilot, putting us at ease. The lava cone had spattering lava in a smiley face shape and it also had lava flowing down the lava field. It was really amazing and I feel so blessed to take my family on this spectacular 5 star trip! Thank you Ethan for such a comfortable ride.
