Lauren was AWESOME!!!! His calm nature and laid back personality made the flight calm and enjoyable for me. I was very nervous about getting sick and had no problem on this flight. We will recommend this place to others. Excellent, professional, friendly staff! Amazing pilot! The only downer was the cameras on the helicopter didn't get a good video, but we took our own pictures.

I enjoyed my flight with Pilot Brant. I saw different areas where there was lava bubbling or flowing down a lava flow. Brant gave us multiple 360 degree views to view a certain spot. He included everyone when he was talking and answered every question with a good answer. He had an excellent sense of humor.
