Sunny morning turned into rainy lunchtime and I thought my trip would be a little disappointing when we took off into the skies. Fortunately for me that wasn't the case. I was positioned up front beside our pilot Chris who kept us entertained for the entire journey with his witty quips and information on all the hot spots on Kau'ai. From Lihue to the beautiful Waimea Canyon to Jurassic Falls, to the breathtaking mountains of the Na Pali Coast and Mt. Wai'ale'ale this is an experience not to be missed. The 50minute tour is worth every cent. If you do nothing else when on the Garden Isle then let this be it!

it was my first time on a helicopter & it was AMAZING!!! the helicopter had huge windows it felt like I was flying around in a bubble ~ the pilot was very knowledgeable about the areas we were flying over & even saw a stingray swimming thru the kaneohe sandbar .... it's a must do!!!

Worth every penny!! The views were breathtaking. The pilot was knowledgable and fantastic with our kids! Thanks for an amazing adventure

Excellent pilot and staff! History and stories about the island. The only way to see most of the island since there are limited roads to some of the most beautiful places.

Wow, this is the way to see Kawai! The pilot was amazing and took us into the mountains and right next to amazing waterfalls. The island is beautiful and was able to be captured through this tour.

Wonderful way to see the island. Chris was informative, personable and relaxed. Any qualms I had about the helicopter flight were put to rest by our congenial pilot who shared his background flying helicopters and kept us spellbound by the magnificent sights Mahalo.

If you re doing a helicopter touring Kauai this company is excellent. We were a bit nervous but they put you at ease right away and our pilot Chris was so professional, informative and fun! The weather was perfect and the tour was awesome.

We knew we had to experience Kauai by Helicopter as there are so many parts that aren't easily accessible. After driving all over the island - the helicopter was a great compliment to get a real feel for the beauty of the island. I've heard many time that folks are scared to get on a helicopter. We've been on other helicopter rides but this one was by far the smoothest, easiest experience ever. The pilot, Brandyn, did a great job of showing us the island making sure that we all got good views. We couldn't even count all the waterfalls we saw, it was breathtaking. Blue Hawaiian was recommended to me by a friend and I will pass on the recommendation - they did a great job. Also, you can get a dvd of your entire flight for about $25 - very reasonable and a great keepsake of the adventure. HIGHLY recommend this outfit.

The reviewers below have said it all...we had Vince as a pilot and he made me feel very safe indeed. One thing to know about Blue Hawaiian is that they will not take you up if the weather is bad and/or views will be limited. We had a 9:00 a.m. tour booked and they took us right through the safety demonstration and video, but then cancelled the flight at the last minute due to clouds. They were able to book us in again the same day in the afternoon. Either they re-book you or you can get a full refund. Good to know as I had heard other companies will take you up even though you may not get good viewing due to cloudy and/or rainy conditions. It was awesome and worth every penny. We bought the DVD afterwards of our flight ($25) as a great keepsake.

Great flight (more stable than I thought as a first timer :-)). Awesome views. Kauai is a beautiful island and Blue-Hawaiian lets us have a great view of this beauty. Thank you.

This excursion was the highlight of our cruise to the Hawaiian Islands and the rest of the cruise was very good so this is saying something. The pre flight preparation was very professional and gave you great confidence that your safety and pleasure was of paramount importance to the Blue Hawaiian team. The flight it's self was absolutely fantastic with our pilot Geoff being very informative about the areas we flew over. If you ever have the great pleasure of visiting the Hawaiian Islands I would highly recommend that you take a flight with the Blue Hawaiian team I am sure you will love it as we did.

From the minute we entered the launching site to the moment we landed, we could not help but feel that we were safe and that we would have a wonderful time. Being afraid of heights, I was worried that I may not enjoy the ride as much as others do. I was wrong; our pilot Marty was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the island. He would discuss in great detail the various trails, beaches and mountain overlooks that visitors can attend/walk on. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Worth every penny.

This was a great helicopter ride and my son and I got to sit up front with the pilot. Awesome views on an incredible sunny day. The Na Pali coast line is just gorgeous, and it was thrilling to see all the waterfalls in Kauai and the shooting locations for Jurassic Park. Our pilot was very good, we felt very safe, and I enjoyed his choice of background music. Great helicopter ride that I would do again in a heartbeat.

My husband put a guilt trip on me in an effort to encourage me to do this with him as I was really afraid of going. I was concerned about safety and also motion sickness. But we went and had a great time. I was not afraid when I saw the quality of the machinery and the experienced pilot but I did get motion sickness as did another female passenger. The pilot takes you around and around the volcanic activity then along the shoreline then across the island then into water files. We were lucky enough to see whales migrating as well.

Outstanding trip - Views of a lifetime. Geoffrey was our pilot and he gave us a trip to remember. He was fully informed, answered all questions and took us into valleys you would never otherwise see.
