Big Island Spectacular
Big Island - Waikoloa

Awesome two hour tour with landing at waterfall. We were a party of 7, so had the entire helicopter. Greg O was an awesome pilot/tour guide. He was great with our two girls. If you have motion sickness issues, recommend taking something ahead of flight. Lava was flowing and visible at 10am. Great way to see the Island in 2 hours.

Awesome
Big Island - Waikoloa

We took the helicopter tour that took us along the coast, over the diverse terrain of the island , through deep valleys, by stunning waterfalls, lava tubes and lava spilling into the sea. Eric, our pilot was well informed and educated us on the history of the island, the economy etc. This flight was worth every penny. Don't miss out. This has been the highlight of our vacation.

Gorgeous view of the Island
Oahu - Honolulu

*we did have to reschedule our flight because the president was on Oahu at the time and when he is moving around TSA and the Secret Service shuts down the helicopters. Once we took off you immediately head down the southern coast to Waikiki and over Diamond Head. Back over Punchbowl and Pearl Harbor then up over the center of the Island and the Dole Plantation to Sacred Falls and the North Shore. Breath taking views and a great experience. Information provided along the way by the pilot.

Above and Beyond
Kauai - Lihue

Blue Hawaiian Helicopter flight was all if not more than we had hoped for. Although our flight was late in the day, the variable weather patterns around Kauai mean that what we saw in the afternoon those in the morning may have missed. What a fantastic island to explore, so many variations to the landscape. These pilots really can show you the good sides to the island and take you to places you read about. Great memories to take home.

A fascinating perspective of Kauai
Kauai - Lihue

We took the flight at the start of our first visit to Kauai and our pilot, Greg, gave us so much interesting history and information about the island. We bought the video and we're glad we have it!

Worth the $
Kauai - Lihue

Was recommended by a friend and glad we went. Very professional company, beautiful trip with commentary from our pilot Joffrey. Six passengers at a time, good visibility, smooth ride. Loved it.

Amazing Way to See Kauai
Kauai - Lihue

I highly recommend seeing Kauai by helicopter. You are able to see parts of Kauai that are only accessible by long hikes, if at all. Our pilot Shay had lots of interesting facts to share and he answered all of my son's questions. I had some trouble with motion sickness but I was still able to enjoy the beautiful views. If you are prone to motion sickness make sure to take something before your tour.

Outstanding
Big Island - Waikoloa

We took a flight all around the big island. We took in rain forests, volcanos, lava flows and magnificent waterfalls. We did the big island spectacular which lasted for about two hours. Our pilot, Greg, was great and provided a running commentary of everything that we could see. I expected the flight over the lava would be the highlight but I was wrong. The final part of the flight took in the valleys and waterfalls on the island and they were stunning and I think probably best seen from the air. In terms of organization we were picked up from our hotel, driven to the heliport and checked in. Then shown a safety briefing. Shortly after the helicopter arrived (ecostar) and we boarded and took off. The entire flight is also captured on Camera and the video can be purchased after. It does take a few hours to get the video though so you either need to go back and collect it or it can be posted to you. The video is provided on a USB stick. For me this was worth every penny as you get to see everything on the island in one trip.

Best way to see the Island
Big Island - Waikoloa

We did the big island spectacular with the waterfall stop, and it was worth every cent of the ride. We flew with Tom who was great at pointing out various sites, volcanic eruptions, history, points of interest and witty commentary. The helicopter was very smooth and quiet. Tom took us to the most recent lava flows into the ocean and over some active volcanic cones. As it was my family of 4 on one side and a couple on the other side, Tom made sure he circled around some of those spots to ensure we all had a great view. The landing at an otherwise unaccessible waterfall completed the experience for all of us. 5 stars from all of us and I highly recommend this trip with the waterfall landing, and company to see the big island in all its splendor.

Deserves 6 Stars-Best Helicopter Tour
Oahu - Honolulu

I cannot say enough about blue Hawaiian helicopter tors in Oahu. The staff totally rocks, the pilot totally rocked. My two sons; 21 and 17 took the 45 minute tour, they were so happy and had a fantastic experience while up in the air with the pilot. They enjoy history so much and being able to see Pearl Harbor and how the Japanese were able to invade Oahu, brought them so much joy and knowledge. The pilot took them on the path that the Japanese used when they bombed Pearl Harbor. This tour is worth every penny that you will spend, and to see the excitement and joy in my sons faces was worth this trip. Upon arriving at the tour company we were greeted by a true Hawaiian gentleman. He treated my sons like they were kings and I cannot say enough about him. My sons also received a video of their flight trip around Oahu, so spend the extra money and obtain the scan disk, to remember the beautiful sites from above. This is a must do tour! And I wish to thank the gentleman in the photo for everything they did for my sons. Blue Hawaiian helicopter tours totally rocks. Aloha

Simply Amazing!
Big Island - Waikoloa

We really splurged on our anniversary gift to our selves and went with the "Big Island Spectacular" with the additional "waterfall landing" for an additional $150 per person. This option only appeared available on their mobile website. I have to say the big island spectacular was really good, but not sure I would pay $575 per person again for that adventure. I would probably just pay for the waterfalls only. However, with the addition of the Waterfall Landing it was all worth the price. We were able to land in an exclusive and remote area where a huge waterfall filled a pool below. Simply stunning and memorable to say the least. We went in mid-August so our first reservation had to be cancelled due to weather over the lava fields. Apparently this was a frequent occurrence as several other folds were rumbling of this as well. If you want to do this tour around hurricane season, do it early in your trip and ensure you have some spare days to reschedule if need be.

Very professional company, highly recommend them.
Oahu - Honolulu

This company was recommended to us and we are glad we listened. I am passing on the recommendation with full endorsement. We pre-booked from Australia on their website and whenever I phoned they were so helpful. I booked three trips but the one in Honolulu was rained off. We were actually on the bus collecting other passengers to head to the heliport when the office radioed. The office was very good and offered us a restricted flight, a reschedule or a refund. Unfortunately we had to take the refund due to time limitations. Was so looking forward to flying over Pearl Harbour. Our flight in Hilo was the CIRCLE OF FIRE AND WATERFALLS tour over the Kilauea Volcano and local waterfalls. Very enjoyable and spectacular. The only downside was I had requested front seats when I booked ages in advance but ended up in the back seat. View was not too bad and I did get some good photos. We ordered the video of our trip but the commentary was missing. They offered it to us for free but being silly I never took it. STUPID. The views would have been great still. Our last flight was in Kauai and was the ECO ADVENTURE tour which took us over Waimea Canyon and the Na Pali coastline. Again, spectacular, again in the same seats but when we were in the valley with the waterfalls, visibility was better where I was than in the front. There is a reason for everything. Once again the commentary was missing from our trip but this time I did take the usb for free. On both flights everyone was professional and courteous. The helicopters were clean and looked to be in good condition. The pilots were knowledgeable and entertaining. They even made a lady who turned up in a white top buy a black t-shirt so she did not reflect of the windows and spoil it for the others. It does state to wear dark clothes on the paperwork. Thank you Blue Hawaii but please get your sound recording systems sorted out.

A Must Do
Big Island - Waikoloa

Absolute highlight of The Big Island. Worth every dollar. A very efficient well operated service from check in the take off to landing. Our pilot, Tom, was the best. We couldn't have wished for a better experience. To see and active volcano from above is a big bucket list item ticked off. Even if the volcano isn't erupting, the trip would be unbelievable.
