Seeing the island from above was amazing, we saved it for our last day and were able to spot places we had already visited. Our pilot Patrick provided excellent information about places we flew over.

First time in Hawaii and first time in a helicopter! It was by far the highlight of my 9-day trip and worth every penny! Don’t forget to tip your pilot and make sure to buy the flash drive, which is a combo of a few pics and six videos taken during your flight!

Excellent! We took the 1 hour 45 minute tour. Amazing!! It was our first time in a helicopter, and it felt super safe at all times. The tour was very entertaining, with magnificent views of the island. Toshi, the pilot, was absolutely fantastic, always making sure everyone had great views and felt comfortable. Highly recommended.

We did one of the longer helicopter tours and it was fantastic. We saw volcanos and waterfalls, learned quite a bit about the island. This organization was very professional. I would fly with them again.

Outstanding trip, completely worth it! Professional, great for our kids, we’ll be flying Blue Hawaiian on our next island hop!

A wonderful great thing to do

Blue Hawaii Helicopter ride is amazing and they covered all important places. 50 mins duration was perfect to cover all scenic places.

Worth every penny. What a wonderful way to see Volcanos, sandy beaches, beautiful vegetation and lots of waterfalls. Jeff our pilot, was quite informative about what we were viewing and made the tour quite interesting. The place was run professionally and we felt very safe. Definitely a must do adventure in Hawaii.

This was an experience of a lifetime and we had the most amazing time!! Absolutely breathtaking. We were scheduled to go out on Wednesday but the cloud cover at the volcano and waterfalls caused the pilots to cancel and we rescheduled to Friday. But we are so happy we did! Our pilot, Jeff, was awesome!! Thank you so much for the wonderful flight!

This is a thrilling experience. It was my first time in a helicopter as well. They did a great job getting us comfortable with everything that was going to happen. Our pilot (Greg) was stellar. He talked a lot about the area on the way up, but once we hit the great views, he let the landscape do the talking. The entire experience is incredibly well curated. By that, I mean they have a soundtrack that is well timed to the experience and the music swells as the views get better. Truly every moment of this was first rate.

We joined this tour on January 22, 2026. We are a Japanese couple. Markus was truly exceptional. This helicopter tour became one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life because of him. His flying was incredibly smooth and made me feel safe and relaxed the entire time. But what impressed me even more was his narration. He didn't just point out famous places—he shared the history, geography, Hawaiian mythology, military background, local culture, and even stories about daily life on the island in such an engaging and thoughtful way. You could really feel how much he loves Hawaii and enjoys sharing it with people. Every moment felt meaningful and special. The views were breathtaking, but Markus made the experience magical. I'm so grateful I had him as our pilot. Highly, highly recommended. Markus was truly wonderful. This helicopter tour became an unforgettable experience of my life because of him. His piloting was incredibly smooth, and I felt safe and relaxed throughout the flight. But what impressed me even more was his guiding.
