What an absolutely amazing experience this tour gave our family! The commentary by Jeremy helped us understand the history and wonders of the phenomenon we were witnessing. To see volcanic hot spots and lava being created was incredible. This company is very professional and safety conscious. Highly recommend.
We spent the precious day doing a drive around the route we took on our helicopter tour. The road trip was great but the helicopter took us to areas not possible to visit. The volcano covering and viewing the lava hitting the ocean was great. We then headed to the waterfalls by following the coast. This was my favourite part as you cruise low. The pilot does have options on where to go. Highly recommend asking for the coast through Hilo. Waterfalls were sensational. I know it's not cheap, but it Is well worth it.
