This was one of coolest experiences we’ve ever had. Hundreds of waterfalls and the incredible coastline. This is family memories for decades. Robby couldn’t have been lovelier!

Getting on this helicopter I was terrified, but once we left, I had a really different point of view!! It was probably the prettiest and coolest view ever!!

Good flight, was a bit rainy so the flight to path was altered, but got a great view of the island and falls. Marco did a good job of giving us details and history

Shane, our pilot was great. Ground crew not so much. First time we were forced to stop for fuel in Hilo.( Causing 2 1/2 hr. Rain Delay) Assume logistics error in Waikoloa. Also, had to pay for choice of seat ($400). Total cost = $1000 per person for two hr flight that turned into 5 Hours. Think it might be last hel'i ride for a while.

Awesome experience to the Falls. Did the volcanoes 15 years ago. You get so excited on these excursions and our pilot (Matt) did such an excellent job with sharing local knowledge of what we are seeing. Had two more kids in tow this time. But alas, when you get back to base they were short on our sizes for hoodies, no posters, etc. and video memoire could be better put together. I would think that all this sort of stuff would be as well polished by now as the flight, and the excellent representation Matt delivered. Maybe management could take a look at that and here's a suggestion, maybe a frequent flyer club, a newsletter, blog post, something to keep in touch with us.
