Jake was a great pilot and made sure that everyone was able to get a chance to view the sights.
Due to cloud cover we could not land on the crater, customer service was excellent up front in telling us and providing a refund and an upgrade to the Eco Star. Our Pilot Glenda was amazing, and the views from the Helicopter were unreal. I fly a lot for work on helicopters but never have had a front seat experience like this. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone who visit the Islands. This is the best way to see it all and decide where you may want to visit.
