Hugo (with the very sexy voice) was a great Pilot for our tour. He remembered our names, hmmm how did he do that? ;) The views were to die for, literally. But honestly the flight was smooth. We would definitely do this again especially if we could get Hugo again! Mahalo Hugo!

First class organization. We toured with them in Kauai in January. Safety focused with very professional pilots providing a lifetime of memories. Tours are expensive but worth every penny!! Our son and daughter in law spent 90 plus minutes on the big island spectacular and enjoyed every minute.

After a quick research, we were lucky to snag 3 spots for our Island Spectacular tour on the Eco-star 4 hours before our 2.30 flight time. We checked in 45 mins before our flight at the heliport in Waikoloa. There were many other tourists that day (which later filled at least 5 helicopters) but the check in process and briefing by the ground crew went very well without a hitch. Our pilot Marco rocks, he made sure there were no dull moments with his island trivia facts while encouraging passengers’ participation. He circled back so everyone in our very cushy and roomy ride could have birds’ eyes views as well as getting awesome pictures and/or videos. His dramatic approaches, accompanied by apropos soundtracks playing on our headsets made our experience more memorable. From an unexpected amazing bright red lava smiley face inside Kilauea’s summit pit crater, to the hauntingly beautiful vistas of Waipio Valley, to goose-bumps inducing waterfalls on the Kohala Coast, we relished every second of our exhilarating flight. We’ve been on a few helicopter tours on different vacations and this is our favorite yet. Our experiences from the phone call for reservations to leaving the heliport after our tour have been 5 stars all the way. If there is one helicopter tour you must take in your lifetime, we’d say definitely do the Big Island and to go with Blue.
