Great flight - great captain - Jason!

Another great flight with Blue Hawaiian! The waterfall landing was beautiful. It's hard to say if this flight was even better than the one on Kauai because the islands are so different but they were both very enjoyable. The pilots are very knowledgeable of the history and geography of their respective islands and give a great narrative.

The tour was amazing

Awesome pilot Chad was very informative about the Big Island as he flew us over the island.  He made sure to swing around on both sides so everyone in the helicopter could easily see the sights.  Highly recommended..

My wife, 18 year old son and I had a fantastic flight across the island in a seven seat helicopter, Greg our pilot was informative, service oriented and highly professional. Nice to have a pilot flying all around the world since 2004... ex medivac. We saw lava and learned about the flows and history. Could easily take pictures. Refueled in Hilo the flew to coast and landed next to a 1000 foot plus water fall. Awesome. A bucket list item.

This is a SAFE and EXCITING way to experience the volcanoes and landscape of the Big Island. Not cheap...but well worth the price. Our pilot (Wes?) was a great commentator!

Great tour with our pilot, Jason. He was informative but didn't fill every second with information. Got great views of the lava flow into the water and of the crater. We flew in the eco star and had great visibility. Be sure to wear dark clothing as this helps tremendously with the glare.

Awesome!!! We saw red hot molten lava, which was on the top of my bucket list for this trip, my first trip to Hawaii!! Fabulous experience, my first time in a helicopter too! I "Lava'd" It!!!

My first time in a helicopter and it was fantastic! Scott was out pilot and he did a great job with showing my husband and myself the sights and providing informative commentary. Excellent!!!

Tim was our pilot. He was very personable, very knowledgeable and an excellent pilot. We loved the Helicopter ride and feel very fortunate to have had this experience!
