A helicopter is ALWAYS a fantastic way to see the islands and their beauty! Thank you so much for the wonderful ride! Hugo - we would have to say that 50% of the ride is based on your pilot and 50% is all about the views - thanks for being an AMAZING pilot and making the ride a fun and informative one. We just got back from our flight this morning and all I can say is WOW! This is a must if visiting and such a great way to see the Big Island. You see places that you can't get to. Amazing waterfalls, volcanoes, lava and more. The cost is reasonable for what you get to see snd the time and was worth every penny. We learnt so much about the island and had a great bunch of people with us. Shane was our pilot and he was awesome, if you get Shane you are lucky. His music on the flight made it as well! The whole company is professional and covered everything. We had a great time and will definitely recommend this to friends and family traveling to Big Island! Thanks again and thanks Shane for being an awesome pilot, we learnt lots from you about the island!

We booked this excursion directly through Blue Hawaiian, instead of the cruise line. It saved us a lot of money and they picked us up from the port. Our pilot, Barrett was outstanding and the rest of the ground staff great. They really take customer service to a next level. It was great that both my wife and I got to sit up front and, our flight was nothing short than spectacular. From the canyons, to the coastlines and my wife's favorite, waterfalls, everything was gorgeous from the air. If you will only take one helicopter ride in your lifetime, do it with Blue Hawaiian in Kauai. It's a "bucket list" type item.

We were cruising the Pride of America but had booked this trip beforehand. This is the only way to truly see Kauai. We saw the volcano, waimia canyon, craters, Jurassic Falls, the NaPali coast and much more. Absolutely spectacular views!! Our pilot Barrett was wonderful and made us feel very safe ad at ease. He even played music relating to the different areas he took us to, which I mentioned to him gave a nice touch to the ride. We can honestly say this was a highlight of our Hawaii trip. Start with great scenery, add a knowledgeable pilot who got us some excellent close-up views while still making (at least me) feel completely secure, and the result was a wonderful experience. My only complaint is it ended too soon.
