Excellent! Views were spectacular. Chad was knowledgeable and fun.

No surprises at all on this wonderfully run helicopter experience. Check in, including a very discrete weigh in, was easy and there was not a lot of waiting around. Very thorough safety briefing, but the staff took care of and checked everything. Our pilot, Mark was excellent, explaining what we were seeing but letting the scenery do most of the talking. They were on time taking off and landing. The seating is very comfortable, and the gel filled headphones were very much appreciated. Important suggestions: 1. They provide lockers if needed or you can lock in your car, but you can't take anything except phones and cameras - no hats, no iPads, no purses. 2. This one time in Hawaii, wear dark, patternless clothes if you can so your photos don't show reflections through the glass. 3. Ladies, if possible, forego earrings or wear small ones. The headsets will not be as comfortable with big hoops on.

First of all I do not like helicopters so I was a bit on the paranoid side of booking a tour; however, once we got there my anxiety passed and I was quite excited to experience the Big Island Spectacular tour aboard the Eco-Star. The staff were professional and safety was paramount at all times. The pilot put us at ease and showed us beauty you can only see from above. From viewing the different terrain if the island, to the towering sea cliffs, the dramatic deep valley and waterfalls, erupting crater and the lava spilling into the ocean...it was all very jaw dropping, stunning views. I would only recommend one minor issue, perhaps provide a larger staging area for people when they enter the building to register, weigh in and view the safety video. It was quite crowded so they need to maybe expand their building a bit for size. Otherwise a tour of a lifetime to see the island from above.

Excellent customer service and clear instructions on arrival. We rode the A-star from Hilo airport and saw waterfalls, the erupting volcano, and active lava flows into the ocean. Our pilot Tim was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions sincerely and spiritedly. Although our helicopter ride was delayed about half hour, they compensated us with our custom tour video. Thank you!

Beautiful views of Oahu. Our pilot Kristie was amazing , very knowledgeable and very entertaining. Great attitude as well. All in all a fantastic experience. All the staff were very helpful.

Wesley is a very good Pilot and a great tour guide. He explained all the attractions during the flight in detail. Worth every $ to take this ride during your visit to Hawaii.

Tour was great and informative. A must do to get the best view of the lava entering the sea and lava on the cone of Kilauea. Our pilot, Scott, rocks! He continually engaged us in the tour. Blue Hawaiian was superb all around.
