This was the last tour of our trip, and what a great way to end our holiday! The views from the helicopter were breathtaking, so many different landscapes to see with the experienced guide and pilots. Highly recommend this, so worth the cost

I took the lava + waterfalls tour in mid-June. I had never been in a helicopter before, so that was a cool experience on its own. It was *AMAZING* to see the lava up close and the inside of the caldera, as well as watching the steam from the lava as it hits the ocean. Very memorable, very worthwhile experience. My pilot was easy going and professional, which made the experience that much better. The arrival and preparation process was also very smooth.

We booked the 7am Big Island Tour. Our pilot John was great. We spend 30 minutes heading across the island and they made every effort to get us to the volcano's but the cloud cover was too low. We made our way back to the heliport. There customer service gave us an option to rebook or refund the full amount. This was an excellent customer experience. We were leaving the next day so had to take the refund. Notes: 1. Even though they have online prices i go the same rate when i called. 2. Great communications and customer service.

We had a great pilot very knowledgeable a must for anyone visiting Hawaii

Fantastic. I was worried about the price but it was completely worth it and this is the way to see Kauai its meant to be seen. We even went inside the main volcanic crater and through the grand canyon areas. Would do again.

This was an amazing tour. Our pilot was awesome and the Island is way past what we ever thought. I would recommend and encourage anyone who visits to go on this tour. As my son would say, 2 thumbs up!!!

I had taken this same flight 20 years ago and promised to bring my children back here to experience what I had, it was everything I remembered! Our pilot, Scottie, had the perfect pilot personality--calm, intelligent, and full of knowledge about the island that we didn't know before. Excellent tour!

Our tour was amazing!!! This was my first time up in a helicopter and it was definitely worth all the hype. Beautiful, beautiful scenery. Our pilot, Scotty, was really nice and kept everyone engaged.

Our pilot Brant, was great! very knowledgeable of the Island and history. And the chopper tour is exactly what we would have hoped for.
