Extremely professional...safety first...clean facility...friendly staff...breath-taking views of the island. Pilot Joffrey born and raised here and very knowledgeable. Would recommend this tour. May do this on other islands because of this experience. GG

Rick is a great pilot. We enjoyed the trip very much and can only recommend it to everybody.

I had to pay extra because I am obese. But it was worth it to fly around an active volcano. Our pilot was named Wes. The ride was so smooth. He gave everyone an opportunity to take great zoom shots of the Terrian. There were ferns growing between the cracks in the solid lava rocks. This adventure should be on everyone's Hawaii To Do List.

My family of 7 booked the helicopter volcano tour out of Hilo. Blue Hawaiian was the only company who could take 7 people on a helicopter. They were all very friendly and professional from the moment we arrived. I felt very confident in the company, which is important for this type of experience. After the safety briefing, we went out to the helicopter, which was very nice, new, clean and comfortable even for 7 people. Our pilot was great and also very nice. The reason I did not know what to give this is that it was raining, but it was still ok to go. We flew out to the coast, got to the lava flow into the ocean, saw that from a couple of angles, but then had to head back due to weather. Apparently there was too much cloud cover so it was not safe to fly. Our pilot Ethan was very apologetic, but it was obviously not his fault. So we had about a 20-30 minute helicopter ride, saw the coast and the lava flow, and then had to head back. When we got back, they offered me to reschedule or refund all my money. We were leaving for Kona later that day and could not reschedule, so they were very friendly and gave me a full refund. So the experience could have been better, but that was due to weather which was not the company's fault. I would much rather have a company that makes the safe decision. Even though we had a half ride, they refunded our money no problem without me asking. Nice, professional and safe company and I would definitely take a tour with them again.

Worth every penny. We did the Circle of Fire and Waterfall Tour from Hilo. Amazing pictures. Our pilot was Wesley, great entertainment. Staff were very friendly. If you do anything do this one.

Family of 4 enjoyed the tour - just beautiful. The helicopter experience alone is thrilling, but add in the beautiful scenery and this becomes a must-do activity. The diversity of the landscape is what makes this tour so interesting: mountains, valleys, beach, ocean, and waterfalls. Always changing - always interesting.

Such a great experience!! The pilot was so friendly and gave us a lot of information about the island. We felt so safe and saw such beautiful views. I'll definitely do this on one of the other islands I visit with Blue Hawaiian.

Pilot Brian was awesome!!! We've been to Kaua'i many times, but this air experience was exceptional. We would recommend this to anyone. Thanks again Pleasant Holidays and Blue Hawaiian Helicopters!

Brody was our tour guide for our flight. He was amazing and gave us an informative, relaxing, and interesting tour pointing out the beauty and serenity of the island. We learned so much about the history of the island and are blessed that we had the opportunity to see so much of the island.

Beth,our pilot, was very knowledgeable. Loved seeing so many inner parts of the island that we would have never seen without the helicopter ride. My favorite part was when we entered the mouth of the crater of the volcano where the island was born and was completely surrounded by waterfalls.
