My son and I absolutely rated this our top excursion in Hawaii. The views were breathtaking and we will always remember the Island. It is extremely diverse, from a gorgeous coastline to canyons, lush green forests to beautiful waterfalls. Our pilot was Brody and he was very informative about the island history, film locations, landscape and so on, but he was also very reflective and allowed us to just take a moment to take it all in, so that we could take a piece of the Island home with us!!! We appreciated the video capture, just thought it was a bit expensive, we purchased it as our souvenir of the day, but many didn't because of the cost, maybe consider bringing it down to 20.00, it's just a USB, it's not made of gold and the cost of the excursion is quite a bit to begin with!

We booked the morning tour to see that volcanoes - and we have been very lucky to really see the Lava flow. Our captain was very patient circling several times above the lave so that everybody - regardless of the seat - could see perfectly. Also, he adopted the tour to the weather conditions and knew where to find the actual hot spots which always change quite a bit. The overall organization was also very professional - would recommend that company to everybody !

Fantastic! If you can go!!! Our pilot Paul was great! Made us very at ease. He was knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor and I wish it had gone on for hours!

My family and I went on the Big Island Spectacular Eco-Star tour. We all felt that it was well worth the money we spent. Blue Hawaiian Helicopters even sent a shuttle to pick us up from our resort and bring us back at no extra fee. Great views of the valleys, towns, country side and the volcanoes. We were lucky enough to see lava flowing into the ocean and bubbling in the volcano pit. If you are looking for an A+ tour with a top notch pilot, then you need to choose these guys! The only bummer was at the end, we wanted to get a video of our tour, but the shuttle that picked us up was leaving and we never got the chance to get our video. :(

Great tour from our guide Brody! We definitely enjoyed all of the background information and history about the island. The helicopter got a little warm but everything else was perfect! Absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely spectacular! Saw lava bubbling up in the active vent; the valleys & waterfalls along the coast culminating in the most breathtaking landing spot at the coastal waterfall... Karl was a delightful pilot & guide and we envy his job & lifestyle!
