So this ride was my first helicopter ride ever and it was stunning! We decided to do the Maui Spectacular which came out to $770 for 2 people. For us, that was very steep but we get it, you're on a helicopter which needs gas and people lol. The ride was about 1 1/2 hours long and I did drift into sleep a few times only because the music the play was so soothing and the scenary is just amazing. If I decided to take another tour, I would probably go for a shorter one. We flew to this open field on the mountain and were served champagne and the pilot offered to take all the pictures we wanted! I felt like a celebrity when we made the stop! I also learned rainbows are actually a circle but you can only see that when you're in the air! I have never seen anything so beautiful and breathtaking than I witnessed in Maui. We did end up buying the DVD which we watched once when we had the Maui blues but haven't seen it since lol. Great tour for someone who wants to see the whole island and experience something romantic and thrilling at the same time!

My wife and I chose to do the Sky Trek Tour to Hana with drive back to Kahaluli. We have been coming to The Islands since 1968 and have never taken the Hana Tour. Our tour started out a little late, about a hour. We finally got on board our Blue Hawaiian Chopper with our pilot Arnott who was most excellent and professional, offering expert narration on our flight to Hana Airport. Smooth ride and clear blue skies. As a token for being late, we were offered a complimentary T shirt along with a video of our flight. Very nice and much appreciated ! If you do not want to take The Road to Hana and drive it, we strongly suggest Sky Trek Tour which includes Blue Hawaiian Helicopters.

This is an absolute must do experience. I am terrified of flying but Tim, our pilot, made it incredible and relaxing. I can not wait to do this again. Next year I will definitely book the entire island tour. We took the Hana and Haleakala tour which is simply awesome. Thank you so much to Tim and the whole crew for a once in a lifetime memory.

My wife and I did two tours with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters: the volcano tour on the Big Island and the Maui Spectacular. Both tours gave us excellent overviews of each island’s topography and key attractions. There’s nothing like a helicopter tour to put an area in perspective. Our pilots, Adolf and Chase respectively, were great: chatting enough to explain scenery and history but never distracting one from the amazing views. Ground staff was plentiful, pleasant and helpful. The Eco-Star helicopters offer wonderful views, comfortable and reassuring for those nervous of flying.

Highly recommend. The staff was super friendly and professional. Tim our pilot was amazing. This is a must for anyone visiting Maui. No better way to see the island. Thank you Blue Hawaiian Helicopters for an awesome tour!

My wife and I decided to take the helicopter tour of Hana and Haleakala because there had been so much rain recently and flash flooding that the road to hana was closed but we wanted to see it. We thought taking this tour would make up for it! We booked it and went there but sadly when we were there we were told the conditions at Hana were not good for flying and Haleakala was so cloudy we wouldn't see anything and they didn't want to waste our money in taking us there. So they gave us the option that we could re-book for a different day, get our money back, or they would take us on the Molokai flight. We decided to take that and it was incredibly beautiful!! It was the highest sea cliffs in the world, say Elephant Island, and more. We did hit some turbulence going into one of the valleys which sadly my stomach didn't take well to, but can't blame them for that! It was a great experience for sure!

We had the most wonderful time on our Complete Island tour with Blue Hawaiian. Our pilot Katie was so amazing and created a relaxing, informative, and at times surreal experience for us. Unbelievable views of waterfalls and an exquisite playlist throughout our flight. I would recommend this to everyone.

My wife and did West Maui Mountains and over to Molokai sea cliffs and waterfalls. 1st time for both of us in helicopter, surprised how smooth the ride was. Seeing Hawaii from the air is incredible. Glenda our pilot did an excellent narration of what the sites and history of the areas we flew over. You cannot get to some of the areas except by helicopter. I highly recommend this activity.

Everything was very organized with them and started on time. Our tour was very lovely and we wouldn't have been able to see the Mountains any other way. The pilot was knowledgeable and friendly. The video we bought of our trip after the flight was over seemed a little different than my memory of what happened and what we saw - but I'm not sure where the camera was mounted on the helicopter, so maybe that explains the discrepancy. All in all a really good half hour spent.

What a great way to get an overall view of the island and our pilot, Glenda, was incredible. Five people in our party and a couple of us were very nervous. Glenda was so kind, and so comforting. Thank you, Glenda for putting us at ease and providing a very fun and informative tour. We loved your stories, the Hawaiian history you shared, and your calm/soothing demeanor. We’ve done a couple helicopter tours before and this outfit was top notch. Highly recommended.

Starts near the Airport and circles the whole Island. The hour tour was very complete and well documented by our Pilot Julie. The many wonderful waterfalls were beautiful and the countryside was breath taking. The Ground crew gave us a good run down on how the flight was going go and it turned out perfect. It was a great start to a wonderful birthday celebration

Took the full island tour. Very professional from the moment we walked in. Great tour guide. Experienced pilot. Took safety very seriously. Definitely recommend it!

We had the most amazing time on our Hana/Haleakala tour. Pre-departure staff were attentive and helpful. Our pilot Eric was professional, informative and funny. We highly recommend Blue Hawaiian Helicopters to other visitors.

We went with two couples for a 45 minute tour of Maui, the island. Excellent tour, pilot was very knowledgeable of the island and its history. The helicopter was top notch, support staff excellent. I would recommend this tour to family and friends.

We took the combo van/helicopter tour to Hana. We rode a small tour van to Hana. The trip took about 4 hours. Our guide was Gary. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and enthusiastic. He showed us various vegetation, wildlife, and scenery. We crossed 62 small one-lane bridges along the way. Many of those were at waterfalls. We stopped at one waterfall and was able to swim beneath and behind the falling water. It was amazing. We stopped at some roadside businesses, at a beach with incredible surfing waves, at black sand beaches, at a blow hole, at a state park, and at Hana. The tour included a very good lunch at Hana. We then caught a helicopter ride at Hana for the return trip around the other side of the island. The helicopter trip include an ascent to the top of Haleakala, where we were able to look inside the crater. Overall the trip was enjoyable, although tiring. We would do it again. The combo tour is pricey. That is the only reason for not giving it 5-stars.
