Brant our pilot was great and very knowledgeable. this is an amazing way to see the lava flow and power of the volcano. Also saw some beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes. I highly recommend Blue Hawaiian Tours.
This is, by far, the best way to see the entire island of Kauai! Recommended by the Ultimate Kauai guide, Blue Hawaiian did not disappoint!! I had the good fortune of sitting next to our fabulous pilot Shay, who took us on the excursion of a lifetime! Very knowledgeable, Shay guided us through canyons, mountain ranges, beautiful coastal areas and a breathtaking view of the volcano. The flight was comfortable and well worth every penny!!
despite debating on taking a helicopter tour around the island I could not be happier with our decision to do so. We had a 6 person with doors on and safe to say that everyone had a great view however i was extremely happy to have a window seat. Our pilot was extremely knowledgeable and had the right amount of comments while still leaving us time to sit back and enjoy the view, not to mention the perfect background music to set the scene at various locations around the island. Would totally recommend to splurge on this once in a lifetime opportunity, it was an amazing experience that brought a tear to my eye several times within the hour. Also I was afraid of being scared but if it is a concern at all I wouldn't worry about it, ride was super smooth and did not feel uncomfortable for one second throughout the ride.
We had planned to take the Big Island Spectacular tour, however due to weather in Hilo, we modified our trip to the north shore waterfalls with the landing. So happy with the change of plan. Tom was our pilot and he was fantastic. We landed in front of the waterfall and spent about 15 minutes taking picture of the falls and beach. This was a definite high point of our big island visit.
Vor 20 Jahren bin ich bereits mit Blue Hawaian über Kauai geflogen. Und heute ein zweites Mal im Leben..... Die schönste Art die Insel in ihrer vollen Schönheit zu sehen. Und Gänsehautfeeling wenn man mit dem Hubschrauber ganz nah an die Jurassic - Falls heran fliegt. Toller Service, gepflegtes Gelände zum Check - In, erfahrene Piloten, man fühlt sich rundum sicher und gut informiert. Man wünscht sich die 55 Minuten mögen nicht vergehen. Es ist sehr viel Geld, aber es ist es wert. Man hat von allen Plätzen aus gleich gute Blickmöglichkeiten.
