Unimaginable views of Maui! Vibrant colors of sea blues and foliage greens'. Tim was the pilot and this gentleman KNOWS Hawai'i! His facts were spot on! We learned more in our time in the air than any book or article could've taught us! We felt honored to be privy to this wealth of Hawai'i's history! Awe inspiring. A MUST do.

Class operation, kind, friendly amd very knowledgeable. We had a great trip with our pilot giving us great facts and history of both Islands. Would recommend as a must trip!

Great tour, very comfortable helicopter with a good view from every seat. Play the extra to go on the helicopter with the theater style bench sitting. Jack was not only a great pilot but a good guide as well. Wa s very informative about everything.

Our tour was not as the name suggests "a complete island" did not really see all the East and west of the island or see Haleakala. Weather was not a limiting factor. Tour name is somewhat deceptive & misleading. Pilot commentary was also minimal. What we did see was OK but having previously done an excellent flight on Kauai ( & why we chose Blue Hawaiian again) we were disappointed.

Thank you Chase for the most amazing island experience - a two hour helicopter tour of Maui seeing the volcano and waterfalls. Your knowledge was so information and thorough. Something we will remember and highly recommend to others.

This is a must do! The price was higher than we wanted to pay, but I'm so glad I did the tour! We went in the A-Star. They paired our group of 3 with a group of 2 to fill the seats. The company chooses who sits where, which actually makes it a little easier. The route was perfect for seeing the beauty of the island you didn't know was there. Our pilot Eric was funny and personable, as well as a very experienced pilot. The winds seemed quite strong but the pilot was in complete control. Highly recommend this tour!

We booked the complete Maui island tour and it was great. However the weather was generally poor and visibility was limited due to the cloud, rain and mist. It was not for the nervous flier as it was really quite bumpy in places. It was borderline whether or not the tour would go ahead, first it was off and then it was back on. The poor visibility was disappointing. However, Blue Hawaiian were very professional and focused on safety and the pilot was very knowledgeable and interesting and he shared information throughout the flight.

Best advice I received on TA....book this for early on your trip! Odds are you may need to reschedule due to weather so don't save it to the end. We ended up rescheduling and I was frustrated at first but when we returned 3 days later it was well worth it. Family of 5 with kids 18, 10 and 8. Mom was by far most nervous but everyone else thought it was all amazing. Our pilot was very relaxed and tried his best to reassure a nervous flyer. But the views are unbelievable. Best part of our vacation by far. It is expensive but overall worth it if you can afford it. Our kids had no interest in getting up at 2 AM for the crater sunrise and with everything else we wanted to do the drive to Hana was a big time investment and seemed scary based on reviews. The complete Maui tour allowed us to see the entire island from above and we were fortunate enough to have great views if the crater and science city. Would definitely recommend!!!

This was my husbands highlight of the trip. Blue Hawaiian was top notch from safety to service they were great. I am so bummed I can't remember our pilots name but he was awesome was attentive to everyone in the helicopter and knew all our names asked us questions and told us all about the area. He made it that more special. Thank you !

We did the West Maui/Molokai tour, and the views were spectacular! We got to see waterfalls that are not accessible by hiking, and can only be viewed by helicopter. I was a little (maybe a lot) afraid, but our pilot Rick was very good and made me feel safe. He would let us know when to expect a little turbulence, like when entering the valleys. He also knew a lot of the history and culture of the island, especially Molokai - where we saw a small village that lives "off the grid" in the old way. The trip is perfect, and I wouldn't change a thing!

we took a helicopter to hana (this was half our tour, the other half was a chauffeured drive back to the heliport on the road to hana, i'll review that part separately) our pilot was smooth, informative and gave us a great ride up to the top of Haleakala and then down the coast to Hana. it was beautiful, the only down sides were, your weight determines your seat placement, which is fine but we probably would have picked other seats if we had a choice, and our pilot did try and do "circles" so we could all see the views but that wasnt the whole time. but it was beautiful to be up there and see the island from the air.

My husband and I can't stop talking about our awesome experience with our pilot Glenda. The trip was smooth and we felt very safe. Glenda was very experienced and knowledgeable about the islands and its history! And the view was breathtaking!! Pricey but worthy the money! Pictures don't do justice.

We saw Haleakela and the Hana coastline. It was beautiful. Lots of waterfalls. Our pilot did a great job. We felt safe the whole time. The seating is crowded, and you don't get to choose where you sit because it's all determined by how much each person weighs. Other than being cramped, it was a wonderful experience. Mornings are your best best for clear skies.

What an amazing experience. From the moment we checked in the staff were so professional. We were very well looked after and it is very well run. Out pilot Mike was great and very informative. We totally enjoyed our experience and would be back to do it again.

The ride was smooth and the pilot was very knowledgeable. The helicopter appeared to be new and in perfect condition. The tour was part of a work sponsored event but would have been worth the cost if we were paying for it. Bring your camera for sure. Leave everything else in the car as nothing is allowed. No hats or bags allowed but they have complimentary lockers there for you. I highly recommend.
