Carl was a great pilot and tour guide. I am terribly afraid of heights and was very apprehensive coming onto the flight. His choice of music and calm demeanor definitely helped with making this an enjoyable experience.
PILOT JEREMY WAS VERY GOOD. VERY INFORMATIVE AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS DURING FLIGHT. HE SPUN AROUND THE VOLCANOES AND THE WATERFALLS MULTIPLE TIMES TO ALLOW EVERYONE A CHANCE TO SEE. QUITE SPECTACULAR!
