Julie was a fabulous pilot and provided us with an outstanding tour of Oahu! It was my second time flying with Blue Hawaiian ( Did the big island a couple years back ) and I would never choose anyone else. It was my wife’s first helicopter tour and she was a bit nervous about it. She had the time of her life and can’t wait to do it again! Mahalo Julie!

100% must do, and worth every cent! Absolutely stunning views of the entire island that you just can't get from the ground. Our pilot Barrett was very laid back, funny and informative. Aircraft was clean, spacious and comfortable with huge windows. Seated 6 people. Blue Hawaiian was a good choice because of their eco friendly helicopters(less noise and pollution than other companies) and professionalism - they are clearly a step above the others. Will do again!

I am a pilot so I am taking this time to state my personal bias: I love flying!!! I had an amazing time! Our pilot was informative and fun! Now that that is out of the way I think it is important to inform customers that the tours can be canceled at any time due to unforeseen changes in weather. The staff did a decent job in keeping us informed on the situation once we got there but wouldn’t it be better to keep us in the loop the whole time? With an activity that could make or break someone’s hard earned vacation I would have liked to have had more information. Weather is unpredictable, I get it... I fly too however if you know a day in advance why not tell people a day in advance? They could cancel... yea yea it’s bad for business but if you can’t fly you can’t fly, we get it. Going up and not being able to see anything? Now that’s just a shame. That is the same as not going up at all. Moral of the story: this tour was amazing however I’d rather know a day before that the weather is bad and that we may not fly. I’d like to be able to make the decision myself rather than getting there and having to worry whether or not they will cancel 5min before we are about to leave. This tour was not cheap... a little bit more courtesy to that fact as well as the fact that most people are looking to this as the highlight of their trip would be appreciated.

Jason, our pilot did and excellent job of navigating through inclement weather and favoring us with great information. The peak of the trip was to witness and actual flow of lava.

Seeing the lava flow both into the ocean and down the hill was spectacular. Wesley was a great Pilot. Waterfall was dissappointing

Thanks Brodi for giving us such an up close and personal view of Kauai. Lifechanging! We appreciate you taking us to places that normal tours don't get to fly due to the perfect weather. Truly made our trip special.

Definitely one of the best things I did this trip. The Napali Coast was breathtaking and our pilot (Brodi) did an amazing job of balancing narrating the tour, answering questions, and giving us pauses of silence to just take in the view. I liked how he rotated the aircraft to make sure everyone had a good view. Thanks so much!
