Duke was amazing! Great flight and lots of island info!

This was our first trip to the Big island. We stayed for 10 days. We did the helicopter tour on day 6. We did the Big island Tour with the landing at the waterfall. The weather was perfect; clear and not too windy. The helicopter was quite comfortable and smooth. We only had 4 on our trip since I was heavy (fat) enough to need the "comfort seat. That added 50% to my fare but guaranteed my wife and I had window seats. I was reluctant at first but decided this was probably going to be our only chance. I am glad I did. Having the extra room was crazy expensive but worth it. The flight was just amazing. Flying over the volcano area and the mountains is the only way to see them. Flying down the west coast and into the valleys was breathtaking. Landing at the base of the waterfall was indescribable. Our pilot was very experienced and smooth. He explained everything we were seeing with its history. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was crazy expensive but worth every penny for the flight of our lifetime! We bought the video of our tour and several shirts/sweatshirts as well. I would highly recommend this tour!

It was me and my husband Craig's first time on a helicopter ride and our captain and guide, Derek, was phenomenal. The views were spectacular, and he spent extra time to view whales and their babies in the ocean, plus hovered in spots to let all passengers view the scenes and waterfalls while explaining the subtle differences of the landscapes and languages here. The background music was on point as well, from Top Gun to songs from Enya when majestic scenery appeared. Cannot recommend Derek and Blue Hawaiian Helicopters enough!

It is one of the most memorable experiences in maui. All scenes are incredible and the presentation of pilot is wonderful. I never forget this moment thanks.

This was a blast! Our pilot Chris was fantastic, and getting to see parts of the islands you would otherwise miss was great. Would definitely go again.

Wow! What a great time we have had during our first helicopter flight. Thanks to the most amazing people working at the office we were well instructed and felt safe going into the flight. After that our amazing (local) pilot Barret spoiled us with great stories that cane with the sites we were seeing. We were lucky enough to go all the way up to the crater because there were no clouds at all. Thanks everyone for an amazing time!

Unreal. Best way to see the most special island. So diverse! Greg was an amazing guide and had so much knowledge of the island. The landing was amazing!!! Saw whales, dolphins and sharks. So cool and I highly recommend!!!

Absolutely incredible! Made our honeymoon a dream! Getting to experience the road to Hana and then fly like a bird back resort side? Do yourself a favor, book this tour. Special thanks to Scott, Noah and Derek! PS. Scott is a phenomenal photographer as well as the best guide we have ever met! 🤙
