Superb. This company rebooked us twice due to weather and also offered a full refund. The second rebooking succeeded. A superb flight that included the volcano that had stopped flowing just 18 hours earlier. Excellent aircraft and pilot who also offered very knowledgeable commentary during the flight.

Wonderful staff. They explain everything and make it safe and easy. Our pilot was excellent at explaining everything and making sure both sides of the helicopter got good views. I did the complete island tour of Oahu and can't say enough about what a great experience it was!
