Everyone here was amazing! They were professional and kind. Marco our pilot was especially amazing! He was knowledgeable about the island and fun and easy to talk to. He also made sure we saw the lava and didn't miss it! The flight was very easy and relaxed. I would definitely recommend to other people.

Our pilot, Brodi, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Kauai. We had done a Na Pali coast tour on a boat before but seeing it again from the air was an amazing experience. We will recommend Blue Hawaiian to our friends and family and hope to do another tour again one day.

This was one of my best travel experiences EVER and that is saying a lot. First comment - customer service is top-notch. We were victims of a computer malfunction (theirs) that resulted in a lost reservation; their resolution was to upgrade us to a different tour upon finding out that our preferred option was no longer available. The customer service people were amazing. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a satisfactory resolution to the issue. Kudos. The trip itself - I run out of superlatives to describe it. We did a Kohala Coast waterfall tour that included a landing at a remote waterfall. It was magical. Purely magical. To be in that environment, one that is totally inaccessible to humans except by virtue of helicopter, is simply awe-inspiring. We flew along the coast viewing multiple coastal waterfalls, and flew into valleys as well to see those jaw-dropping vistas. If you've ever done Soarin' at Disney, it's like that...except it's real. We saw a mother whale and calf from the helicopter - amazing. Our pilot (Merlinda) was terrific. I was nervous about this; I had never been in a helicopter before and I wasn't at all sure about it. But Merlinda was clearly a very talented pilot. The ride was smooth as silk, and I soon felt entirely at ease. The bottom line is this: do it. Yes, it's expensive but it's worth every cent. I would pay double...triple... what we did in order to have this experience. Just do it.
