The service was great we watched a safety video and then we went outside and went up in the air. The dip was scary to me other then that I did ok I got a lot of great pictures.

The helicopter ride was very comfortable and felt perfectly safe. The guide was ok; he was clearly a bit bored with piloting the tourist routes and said as much. However, he capable narrated the sights and was happy to take pictures of us and the other couple on our flight when we landed for pineapple champagne (provided). It's a wonderful way to get an overview of the island.

A good experience, seeing things that you only see by air. Good commentary by the pilot. For the photographers amongst you, take a polarising filter. I didn't, and most of my photos have reflections on them.

Our pilot was so interesting. We certainly saw and learned things we would not have otherwise been privy to. My 9 yr old son struggled with ear pain from the elevation changes, but our pilot was very thoughtful and tried to take them slowly for his sake. If you are easily motion sick like we are, you might take some Dramamine before you go, but not so much that you are sleepy and miss out. We really enjoyed this experience, even with a little ear pain and motion sickness.

First flight in a helicopter, so was not sure what to expect but it was worth every penny!-fantastic views and commentary from the excellent pilot Justin. if you are thinking of doing this trip go for it, you won't regret it. We did the West Maui 30 minute trip. It went too fast though, but we saw a lot. Amazing! - I totally recommend Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. Thank you! (ps the Video we bought is excellent and was reasonably priced) Mahalo!

went with blue hawaiian before and they were great from start to finish. this trip was the best from champagne on the knoll to the ride clear around the island was perfect definitely blue hawaiian again!!!

We did the flight over the active volcano on the big island. Amazing seeing an active volcano and beautiful waterfalls. Don't expect to see lava spurting and flowing everywhere or close-ups to the waterfalls though like the pictures portray. The quality of the recorded DVD was very poor which was disappointing. Overall though a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Blue Hawaiian Helicopters.

Who knew. Molakai and West Maui opened my eyes to the wonders of Hawaii. Wow. Cliffs, water falls, valleys, veg, and the reef. This was a bucket list fulfillment. Thanks Blue!

Pilot commentary was great but not what I expected for price. Good way to see Hana without driving it. Video for purchase has no audio so have no record of what we saw. Pictures taken have major reflection problems. Glad I did it though because never been in a helicopter before. If u sit in front seat, don't pick your nose because u are on camera front the start.

We did the complete hour Maui tour in the Eco Star. OMG the views. We wish we did it first on our trip.

Loved, loved, loved this flight over the entire island of Maui. Chris was our pilot; his take off, flight and landings were perfectly smooth. We felt completely safe with him. We took the first flight at 7:45am before any volcanic fog or wind came up. Pilot narration was very informative, but the views were breathtaking. We flew over Hana instead of driving the road. Don't know why we waited so long to do this. We see why Blue Hawaiian is rated the best, that's because they are!!!

We had a great time! Mike was an excellent pilot, with a wealth of knowledge of the islands. Very friendly and professional. Loved all of the gorgeous views! We got lucky too, as the weather was great! We would definitely recommend you guys to our friends/family!
