Scott the pilot was awesome, he was very nice and showed us the island very well. Although the flight as an experience was great, the organization was terrible. On our confirmation e-mail 2 times for the beginning of the flight were given, 9:00am and 1:30pm, therefore we drove 1 hour from our hotel to the heliport because no one would pick up the phone to confirm our starting time so we thought we missed our flight. At the Heliport we found out that someone forgot to change the time in one part of our confirmation, the only compensation for our troubles was an advice that we could eat in the local town Lihue so we wouldn't have to drive 1 hour back to our hotel. So all in all we were satisfied with the flight but deeply let down by the staff who took care of the organization.

This was the best helicopter tour I have ever taken! The views were incredible, and we had a very friendly pilot. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone and everyone.

Tony was excellent! Very informative and a really amazing view and experience. I would highly recommend this company if you're at all nervous about safety- they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe and understands all procedures. Glad I can cross this off the bucket list!

Pilot Chris was great. First time in helicopter for my family and me. Nervous at firdt but he made as very comfortable. Would highly recommend this trip

We were with Brody... one of the best tour guides... for any type tour, that we have ever had. We have visited Kauai 7 times since our sons moved here in 2007. We have never seen Kauai like this! Outstanding experience. And a huge thanks to the ground crew for their assistance with Carol.

Brody was incredible! His love, admiration, and respect for the Garden Isle of Kauai was clear. He was extremely knowledgeable and took us around the whole island.

I have never been on a helicopter before, but Brody was probably the best pilot I have had in my life. This includes airplane pilots, too. He gave me a wonderful experience on my first helicopter ride.

This is a great experience. It is very pricey, but we figured it would be a once in a lifetime experience. It is a little cheaper to take the flight from Hilo instead if Waikoloa. Beautiful way to see the Big Island. We saw places I never knew existed on the island. Amazing! The beautiful valleys were so gorgeous and it was very heartfelt to see. Very touching. This is the only way to actually see the volcano. The pilots are very informative. If we could afford it, we would definitely go again.
