Brody was awesome!!! but the filming of the DVD was NOT!.....the camera's positioning was off....blocking me as if I didn't exist on the tour.... In addition the "Expedia" promotional free T- shirt was considered, in my opinion, I found it a cheap and unfavorable advertising venue It would have been a epic finale if were your company featured "waterfall" mural T- shirt .... not good for business thanks

Brody...you are a wonderful pilot! You have a beautiful spirit and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour today..May 30, 2018. Actually brought tears to my eyes! Amy was so impressed..her first time on Kauai. This was by far the best tour we have taken! Mahalo:)

We took this tour at the beginning of our trip to Kauai and Maui. We arrived on the 17th on Kauai and jumped on the helicopter the following morning with Blue Hawaiian. We taken a few tours with them before and had great experiences. We expected the same on this tour and had as good experience. The disastrous flooding had occurred on the north shore just days before our tour so we were, understandably restricted with regards to flight height and overall space on that side of the island. You could still see the devastation from our altitude. We no longer hear about this horrible event on the mainland and read very little about it from the Hawaiian news media outlets so, we hope that the island is recovering and healing. The positive side of this tour was, everything else! The waterfalls were outstandingly beyond outstanding. Our tour guide, Garrett, was outstanding as well. Garrett is an adult, raised on Kauai and showed us an excellent time. KUDOS to him! The staff at Lihue was nothing but friendly and professional. We were lucky enough to take and EcoStar tour and it's well worth the $$ if you have the chance. We can't wait to take a BH tour next trip.
