Casey was a very informative and friendly pilot. All the staff was courteous and friendly and highly organized. I would recommend this for everyone. We took the tour with our 16 and 11 year old and they were amazed. Thanks Blue Hawaiian!!!
Greg was our pilot and was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable about the island and was very friendly! He made sure to speak to all the passengers onboard and was able to accommodate the requests! Not only did we see spectacular views, but we were fortunate enough to see whales breaching! People shouldn't hesitate to spend the money because it was WELL worth the money. Without a doubt, this is the highlight of our vacation! - Williams Family

Blue Hawaiian and our pilot, Carl were very professional and provided great service. Our family of five, with 3 kids (youngest is 7) all had a wonderful time, it was the highlight of our vacation. We would highly recommend doing the waterfall landing, it was a once in a lifetime experience!

Ethan was a great pilot! The ride was way smoother than I expected - it was our first helicopter flight! He did a great job explaining everything and answering our questions. We saw some great lava flow too.. excellent job!!
Marty was awesome! He knew the name of every waterfall and trail on the island. He made everyone so comfortable that we forgot we are afraid of heights!
