So much fun! Our pilot was Mark and he is very knowledgeable of the island. Highly recommend you schedule a helicopter tour while on the island!

Truly awesome and unforgettable experience. The highly skilled pilot, Mark was knowledgeable and informative, describing the culture, history and geology of the island Kauai as well as answering questions about the local flora and fauna. It is expensive but my wife has wanted to do this for years and thought it was fantastic. Well worth the price.

windy day however our pilot Mike made it seem like going over speed bump here and there. Never caused for alarm or fear. It was my wife's first ride. She felt safe and secure the entire time. well worth the money .. we took the longest tour they offered, and we're thrilled .. waterfall landing was absolutely awesome. We strongly recommend and will definitely go again.

This was absolutely spectacular - a real highlight of our 3 week trip to Hawaii and South Polynesia. There is simply no other way to see all of the island in all its glory in such a short period of time, and you see parts that hikers and land based tours would never even access, let alone see. Worth every cent!

We did this helicopter tour 17 years ago and repeated it on this trip with the same company. Our pilot was Robert, and he did a great job on our flight describing everything we were seeing and putting everyone at ease. We took two Bonine several hours before the helicopter tour, which I highly recommend. I don’t get air sick on planes, but this is a different animal with swaying & twisting. It was an overcast day but we still were able to see a lot, and there were tons of rainbows. The helicopters are large and they did a good job with the safety instructions.

Customer service is OURSTANDING. The weather has defeated us 3 times & each time staff worked hard to get us rescheduled, find a place to eat, get a ride back to lodging... Tomorrow is our last chance & fly or not, THANK YOU BLUE HAWAII HELECOPTERS TEAM!!

What an amazing experience! Being first time on a helicopter, I wasn’t afraid at all! You must do it ! It’s seeing the island from totally different angle. So many waterfalls, rainbows, mountains and beaches. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

Flight, pilot, ground crew and tour were all amazing! Loved that they had a hydraulic lift chair for people with different abilities. Highly recommend upgrading to the front row seating

My husband and I had a wonderful experience yesterday, our pilot was James and he was extremely knowledgeable and exuded his love of the island and his job of being a pilot. Due to the weather and dense clouds over the volcano we were given the choice of different routes, we chose to land at the base of a major waterfall and it was a lovely experience. They were also honest to refund the 15 minute shorter arrival than the original 1:45 original trip. Highly recommend. Great staff overall.
