Great customer service from friendly and helpful staff start to finish. Bought tours as birthday presents and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend them.

El vuelo estuvo impresionante, pudimos ver la FISSURE 8 e impacta ver la cantidad que ha sido abarcada por lava; se puede ver el río de lava (no tan incandescente) y como ésta entra al mar; la parte de las cascadas es rápida, pero se ven bien. Definitivamente corres con suerte si estás en uno de los asientos de adelante o de los costados (hay 2 al centro que tienen menos visibilidad, incluso en el ECO-STAR). No se ve como en las fotos de la publicidad pero sigue siendo impactante. Recomiendo contratar el tour desde el primer día que llegas a la isla para tener más oportunidades en dado caso que cancelen el tour (a nosotros nos cancelaron 2 veces, una por día; y pudimos realizar el tour hasta el tercer y último día en la isla; lo que nos hizo perder tiempo en otras actividades). También recomiendo preguntar al piloto desde antes si está grabando el vuelo, puesto que con nosotros no lo grabó y ya no pudimos adquirirlo después.

Our pilot was top-notch and made every effort to give us the best viewing experience possible. The wide fields of view in the Ecostar vehicle is the perfect way to see this once-in-a-lifetime experience! It's expensive, but worth it. They book out very quickly as demand is super high with news outlets taking up a lot of the availability. Don't wait until the last minute.

Prachtige vlucht boven de actieve vulkaan, zeer indrukwekkend om de opspuwende lava te zien, de lavarivier en zelfs lava waterval. Ook de lava die in zee stroomt levert een indrukwekkend schouwspel op. Niet goedkoop maar zeker de moeite waard om dit natuurgeweld zo te mogen zien.

Not only was my helicopter ride amazing but the staff has great customer service. I bought the video of my flight and was given the thumb drive for it. I was dropped off at my hotel and within 30 minutes my daughter had thrown it away and they had taken away the garbage already so I couldn't retrieve it. I called the company and asked if there was anyway I could get another one and I would pay to have it mailed to my house. They got all my info and told me they would have another one dropped to my hotel by the end of the day. Sure enough I went up to the front desk after dinner and it was waiting for me. I appreciate them so much so I could share my awesome helicopter ride with my family. Thank you Blue Hawaiian!!!

We did the 45 minute West Maui & Moloka’i Tour. The staff was very friendly getting us prepared which just consisted of watching an short video and a few verbal instructions. The flight was super smooth and we got to see some of Moloka’i we would never been able to see any other way. There are huge valleys, amazing coastlines, and dozens of the largest waterfalls you will ever see. The pilot has a lot of history he gives out during the tour. The last part of the flight he goes over the “Resort Row” on Kaanapali Beach where we happen to be staying. It was cool to see a view of that coastline from above and specifically the resort we were staying at. We had a great time. The flight was so smooth and they play soft music in the background my daughter actually fell asleep for a minute and I was getting tired as well. No fault of the views just very relaxing.

We had such a great experience on Blue Hawaiian Maui that we actually island hopped for a second helicopter tour on the Big Island!! Our pilot was super knowledgeable of the island and did a great tour. Thank you Blue Hawaiian!!

Kudos! The awe and "aahhh" of Hawaii --or H-AAAHH-waii -- was heightened with Brody as our pilot. The moments of history and native stories told added to the stunning beauty. Exceptional service and teamwork from start to finish!

AMAZING experience!! Barrett was a fantastic pilot and tour guide- knew so much about the island and made the trip fun, comfortable and memorable! His love for the island was infections and made us love it even more :)

This was the best experience of my trip to Hawaii. The beauty of this island is breathtaking. Beth was our pilot and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. I loved it!
