Great views of coastline (steam from lava hitting ocean) and the lava of fissure 8. Our pilot, Jeremy, was knowledgeable and made everyone feel safe and comfortable. Nice views of a couple of waterfalls on the way back but this tour is about seeing lava.

I have done in my stays on the Island 4 helicopter rides and they have all been great. They are very scenic, relaxing, breathtaking and I feel the best way to see the Island. I would strongly urge you to take at least one trip. You'll love it.

Kauai is absolutely beautiful, and being able to see it from the air was even more breathtaking. Our pilot, Brodi, pointed out and explained the history of each location. The staff were friendly, and focused on ensuring a fun and extremely safe experience. One of the best experiences of my life.

20 years ago I was in Maui and wished I had had the money to fly in Helicopter. Well, that wish came true last week. I could not have been more pleased. Looking back at it seems a bit like a dream. I loved seeing all the waterfalls and the goats were so funny. Hopefully, I will get another chance to fly with Blue Hawaiian.

We had an amazing time. It was the first time for myself and my 2 children ages 5 and 2 years old. The ride was smooth. Music choices were on point. Captain Wes did an amazing job pointing out the main attractions. We saw Honoli'i and Onomea Waterfall. It was a beautiful day flying. We even saw a pod of dolphins. Mahalo Blue Hawaiian Helicopters!

I would definitely recommend a helicopter tour!

I would have given 5 stars based on the tour itself, however, the seating arrangements made it difficult to see or capture photos.We had put in a request a week ago for front seating and then confirmed in email, however, upon arrival it wasn't reflected. Mike S. did a great job telling us about the area and making smooth turns and ensuring both sides of the heli saw the sights. It was great to get in the canyon deep enough to see the waterfalls....just beautiful. We chose Blue Hawaiian based on industry knowledge of safety rating etc Overall....a very great ride.

Amazing views of the lava.

One expects the breathtaking beauty, but what sets Blue Hawaiian apart is the details. The fun music they play during certain aspects of the flight. They accommodated my overweight mother without the blink of an eye, seamlessly. The extreme attention to safety. The very informative pilot (Adolf), who offered not only an explanation of what we were seeing, but a history and anecdotes, insight into Hawaiian life, etc. You could do this tour over and over and still learn and see new things. We will definitely be back, thank you so much for an amazing experience.

We took this tour while with my family- there were 4 of us so we were in a helicopter with another couple. We ALL had fantastic seats! This company was VERY professional. Our pilot was Scott, who lives in Kauai. He did a great job narrating the flight. I learned a lot about the island and it’s history. We all had head sets and mics so we could talk and ask questions of the pilot as we were flying. We were able to see so much of the island that is not accessible by car. A must if you are visiting Kauai! The whole trip is videoed and recorded and you are able to purchase your exact trip after the tour. Highly recommend this company!!

Jeremy was a great pilot and narrator! He also provide wonderful history of the island and history of the differences in volcano's.

I would highly recommend putting this excursion top on your list of things to do. The views were breathtaking and can’t imagine seeing the island any other way. Our pilot Brody shared a wealth of information regarding the islands history , agricultural and his love for his island. We felt extremely safe and the staff was friendly and professional.
