Astounding to see the active lava flows from the air. An unforgettable experience for our family of four. Pilot was relaxed, engaging and entertaining - felt like we were in good hands. We were in one of the older helicopters, not the newer “Ecotour” models, but did not feel deprived. Highly recommended if you can afford it - at least for now it is the best way for tourists to see Kilauea in action.

A once in a lifetime trip over the volcano. Really awe inspiring the amount of energy being released. Our pilot Mike was awesome. New a lot about the volcano as well as local knowledge of the island. Spent a lot of time over the fissure so great visual and photos/videos of the flow. Definitely something you should do if you have the opportunity.

Opportunity to see much of Kauai that is not accessible by vehicle. Absolutely wonderful morning with beautiful scenery and excellent pilot commentary! Very good customer service, strong on safety. Our pilot was Marty. Highly recommend the opportunity!

This helicopter flight provided the most incredible views of Kauai! The helicopter ride, the pilot, and the views were beyond my expectations. Not only were the views unbelievable but the pilot was so informative about the history of the island. His narration added tremendously to the flight. This is the way to REALLY see Kauai!

In June of 2018 was our second time using Blue Hawaiian, they are the best!! The views are breathtaking!! Please if you ever decide to view this magical Island by air.....I say you should try Blue Hawaiian!!

I’m not gonna lie I was terrified to go on a helicopter but it was something my husband really wanted to do. I went and am so glad I did!!! It was not scary at all and ride was very smooth! Pilot was very knowledgeable and shared so much about the history of beautiful Kauai! Not only did I learn a lot and see so much about the island I also learned more about the importance of respecting the island and being nice to her. The passion the pilot had could definitely be heard in the way he talked about Kauai. We went on our first day in Kauai which helped us learn so much about the island. I highly recommend taking a tour! Also make sure to pack dark clothes so they don’t reflect in pictures!

Fantastic tour- Casey was our guide and he was very personable and knowledgeable and really made the trip a great time.

So glad we booked a helicopter ride through Blue Hawaiian! The staff and crew were all wonderful. The ride was smooth and out pilot was very informative. We were able to see the lava pouring out of fissure 8. Once in a lifetime experience! Thank you BHH!

I enjoyed the flight with Mr. Brian, thank you for a great once in a life time experience. I also appreciate the extra commentaries that have inspired me to explore the island further. The only suggestion for future improvement is that the aircraft was very warm today which made my 3-year-old sweaty and uncomfortable. If I knew that beforehand, I can probably help her feel better.

Our pilot, Wesley, was amazing! Very smooth ride, very friendly and welcoming, and he circled several times to ensure everyone got a good view of the sights.

What a great experience overall!! The ladies at check-in were friendly and courteous, especially May (spelling?)!! Helicopter was clean and spacious. Spencer, our pilot, was professional and informative! He did a great job pointing out various spots and flying the helo. I would absolutely recommend to all!

Our pilot, Brian, was amazing. He made sure we all got great views and elaborated in more detail on that things that interested us. Definitely a highlight of our trip or any trip for that matter.
