First time to the Big Island and first time in a helicopter. Our pilot Brian was fantastic and made it the highlight of our trip. A definite must-do.

Fantastic great tour of the island pilot pointing out everything answered all questions. Would do another tour of different island if I ever return to Hawaii.

A little misleading by saying we fly over waterfalls. We flew about 5000 feet above them and they were in the city. Disappointing for the price.m

I've flown Blue Hawaiian back when it was still owned by Patti & Dave Chevalier along with their Brother Dave Griffin. This is an amazing first class experience. The Manager Lei Valencia is the best, I can't speak highly enough of the Chevalier's, Griffin, and Lei. Thank you so much!

Fantastic flight with Blue Hawaii today. The pilot, Brian, was really great and you could fell his passion about flying and doing the best job possible for the passingers! Highly recommendable!

The trip was amazing....the customer service however is another story. Dreadful service from the desk when we had a complaint about being overcharged for a seat. If there's another company to use, I would recommend it. Chad our pilot though was superb along with the safety crew.

My wife and I were very eager to see the big island from the sky and had high expectations for the volcano tour. Blue Hawaiian did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our pilot, Tim, was superb. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The helicopter was very comfortable with great views. Tim was careful to give us all the best angles for our pictures. The volcano activity was amazing and we so appreciated Tim's narration on what we were seeing. This was an excellent experience and we highly recommend Blue Hawaiian.

We had a fantastic tour. Everything was on time. Went about 125 mph towards the volcano. Lots of local knowledge by our pilot Daryl. A few jokes tossed in for fun. Saw and filmed right down into the lava. He turned and repeated the process for both sides of the helicopter so everyone could get some great shots or videos. Then we swung out over the ocean and saw the lava hitting the ocean. Couple of loops there again and headed towards the waterfalls. Took a ton of photos and videos and after we landed we headed to Àkaka Falls Park as suggested. Fantastic walking loop in the rain forest and a mesmerizing view of the 442 foot falls. Awesome day. Highly recommend.

Our flight was awesome. No other word for it and Brant our pilot was fantastic.

My wife and I flew with Coleen yesterday. First time in a helicopter for either of us. It was all that we expected and more. Coleen was a great tour guide. She was full of knowledge of the Big Island and its people. We loved the entire experience and would highly recommend it to anyone that is interested. Blue Hawaiian did a tremendous job!

The experience is absolutely mind blowing! Just be aware that not all seats on the helicopter offer the same view. Our pilot offered a ton of fascinating info, essentially narrating the flight because frankly we were all kind of speechless!
