Phenomenal pilot - very skilled. Loved the soundtrack and his personal narration of what we were seeing. We only wish the trip were longer - it was so much fun and so interesting! Absolutely beautiful scenery. The ride itself was thrilling! Thank you. Oh, and THE MOST PERFECT landing!

I personally am grateful for the caring and respect you showed us. Not only did you make us feel welcome, but made us feel included. We had a great time. Our tour guide was so nice. He explained everything for us. We also had great weather.

The fly over the erupting volcano was a once in a lifetime experience. It was something you could not see any other way. I was disappointed that I was unable to hear the pilot through the headphones and that the promised window seat was between the pilot and another person.

We had an amazing experience flying over the lava flow from Fissure no. 8 and the coast where the lava is entering the ocean. The return trip to Waikoloa was incredible as our pilot took us into a valley where we were able to view multiple waterfalls that were 2000 feet tall. This was truly an amazing helicopter trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives! What a spectacular flight!

We booked on a day that the weather was bad so we kind of expected it to be cancelled, and it was. They were very nice,they do not accept discover card. When you go to the airport (hilo airport was not busy at all) they weigh you,but they do not announce your weight! You go in and watch a safety video . Then they announced our flight was cancelled. I was not upset as who wants to fly if it is not safe? not me ! So sadly we did not get to fly but we were informed that our credit card had not been charged so there was no worries about a refund.

Amazing flight over Kilauea active volcano in a spacious first class helicopter and sensational informative pilot Jason. This was a once in a life time experience I will never forget and if you are visiting Hawaii this is a must on the bucket list. Watch history in the making!

Jeremy was our pilot and he was super awesome with getting us up, close, and personal with the incredible volcano and waterfall views safely. He was also very knowledgeable about the island.

Our pilot Chris was amazing! Such a wonderful family adventure. Loved every second of the flight. Thank you so much.
