Overall my wife and I had a positive experience going around Kauai in a helicopter.  We felt safe.  The sites were beautiful and it gave us a great overview of the island on our first full day in Kauai.  I ended up buying a black blue Hawaiian Helicopters shirt because I didn't appreciate how bright my shirt was (you must wear dark colors or reflection will ruin everyone's photos).  My only push back was that the helicopter ride was very expensive.  I didn't realize that the concierge at my hotel worked for Expedia and so they were partnered up with blue Hawaiian and it was the most expensive helicopter ride in Kauai.  They gave us a dvd after our ride which I'll never watch which made me think I clearly overpaid.  Still worth going on just look for a deal

What a fantastic ride today! The rain was no disappointment, in fact it delivered beautiful rainbows. Thank you to our pilot Gardner who gave us a sentimental history of the island. The music was a emotional soundtrack that really captured the journey. Thank you again to all the crew!

Second time on Blue and took a different tour today. They were both super amazing. The staff if courteous and make it fun and safe. You will have a great time if you choose Blue Hawaiian.

Our pilot Brandon was fantastic and we had a wonderful time with someone from our hometown in Queens, NY who showed us every inch & aspect of Oahu on our tour. He even braved some weather and got us to the other side of it and I who doesn't fair well with flying was able to be re-assured and got through it all. Bruno was awesome! We had the opportunity to stop for sparking wine on the mountain side and the clouds quickly surrounded us. Bruno had is eye on this and instructed us to quickly buckle up - as we needed to leave before the clouds engulfed us. By the time we got buckled and ready to go, we were in the clouds. Bruno had our safety as his top priority and shut it down to wait out the clouds. I will be requesting Bruno on my next flight! Thank you. Scott.

Great experience, pilot was friendly and knowledgeable, felt safe on the helicopter. The company was thoughtful enough to make sure we had something to see (because of the weather), before they allowed us to go up.

Rick was our pilot....he did a fantastic job of flying and narrating the tour. It was quite the experience to see the sights from the air and learn about the history and topography of the Island. Our second time here, can't wait to come back!

Let me tell a short story of a company that not only helped me fix a problem I had but gave me a bunch of Blue Hawaiian Helicopter clothing  to help solve a problem that was mine not there's. I was given a hat by a close friend within 10 days I thought I lost the hat and searched everywhere I had been trying to find this gift from a friend with no luck. My solution was to purchase another one and an hour after I did that I found the original hat . I called to cancel and Kenny the manager of retail told me unfortunately the hat I ordered was out of stock but they would send me another hat of my choice and to pick out something else and they would send that free of charge.... What an amazing company. I am truly grateful and honored to have dealt with Dennis and his team.... Thanks again keep up the great work my friends are in their 80's and loved their flight and loved their female pilot!!!       Hawaiian people are the best I wish I could move there I feel in love with the culture and community on both my trips to Hawaii......

The tour of Kohala waterfall with a landing is by far the BEST tour we've ever been on and we've done several. Marco was our amazing pilot and very knowledgeable. Our landing at the falls was breathe taking and SO worth the flight and the beauty of the location is so surreal and unbelievable and can only be experienced, no description can give its true beauty understanding. The valleys and other waterfalls are spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed out tour.
