Five stars to Mike S. so knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring! Check-in needs more workers to accomadate a speedier process...I doubt there were any "walk-ins" so why weren't they staffed? Five stars tho to see the Island giving birth, in an air conditioned, great soundtrack setting with no bad seats thanks to Mike S. at the stick!

Our first time on a helicopter and it was amazing. The ride was smooth and enjoyable and the pilot let us know what we were seeing. We saw lava flowing from the volcano, waterfalls and the rainforest. I can't wait to come back again.
