Our pilot Matt was absolutely extraordinary! He was very informative and showed us spectacular views of the island -- Truly an amazing experience!!
Excellent but one suggestion. The yellow flotation devices reflected off of the windows. It would be better for photographers if they were all placed on the side facing the middle of the helicopter instead of facing the windows.
Very nice. Runs like a clock all the parts are working together. From the call the day before to check in and preflight safety. They just take care of you in a friendly helpful manner. Oh and the flight was awesome, beautiful, and informative.

Never been in a helicopter before but if all such rides are as exhilarating as this one I will become a regular. Our pilot Miguel was a big part of the experience, making sure all four of us got a good view of the highlights, hovering by canyon walls, catching some whales breaching, it was an incredible trip that we will all remember. Do this tour if your in the area!

We took our family of six on the Big Island Spectacular tour with the optional waterfall landing. Toshi was our pilot. Wow! We flew over the volcano and saw the dramatic changes to the main caldera, the Puʻu ʻŌʻō vent, and the lava flows from the recent eruption (we were last in Hawaii in 2015, and the eruption re-arranged the geography in a pretty big way). Then we flew along the coast to the north and saw beautiful waterfalls, breathtaking valley views, and a gorgeous coastline. The highlight was a landing right in front of a waterfall. We got out, wandered around, took pictures, and enjoyed the scenery. Then we took off again and headed back to Waikoloa. The cherry on top of a completely magical experience was a whale sighting on climb-out from the waterfall landing site (a mom and her calf). Toshi was wonderful. He was great with our kids (7 and 10) and was informative, funny, and warm with the adults. He made our trip a total pleasure. Thanks, Toshi!!! We'll absolutely be back. We highly recommend Blue Hawaiaan and of course, our pilot Toshi.
Awesome! Chris was great. Made the island come alive and pointed out things we could go visit by car for even more fun.
