Amazing experience. The staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. Marty was our pilot and he was very knowledgeable and had lots of experience. This is a must do when visiting the island for the first time, it gives you a good perspective of the island.

The experience is worth the money. Very professional and well organised. I always felt safe. Brian was our pilot and he made us feel safe for the all trip.

My husband and I had taken a helicopter tour on the Big Island a few years back and decided to use them again in Kauai. They did not disappoint. Brian our pilot was engaging and friendly. He was great about turning the helicopter so everyone aboard could view the beautiful landscape. We were very excited to see the Na Pali coast. So breathtakingly beautiful. Truly an amazing and one of a kind experience.

We did this on our first day and highly recommend it. Everyone was so friendly and it was a beautiful trip around the whole island. Amazing views of Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head, the windward side, north shore and more. Our pilot Joshua was friendly and fun and explained everything we saw.

Fabulous flight with Glenda. Did the Dawn Patrol flight and had a wonderful experience. Glenda was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and has a very calming voice. She was an excellent tour guide. The helicopter was very nice and we had fantastic views. We had some wind and rain and it did not phase the pilot. All the staff were great! Would highly recommend Blue Hawaiian.

The tour was amazing. it was like our own private “Aerial America “ tour! Thanks so much. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

First time in a helicopter and I was just in awe of what I saw. The island from up high is spectacular and you really get to see all that it has to offer...from the canyon, to the rivers and over to the beaches and the stunning coast line. Shay was our pilot and was awesome...from his humour to that deep smooth voice :) he made us all feel safe and just added to the experience. A birthday to remember.

BLUF: If you only ever do one helicopter tour, this should be it!, Go! Worth the money! Safe operation. Excellent Customer service. Excellent operation from the time you walk in the door. Professional and customer friendly, engaging. I’m in the flying industry and was impressed with their detail towards safety. Comfortable waiting area with complimentary water. Our pilot, Matt, was exceptional. I did the tour with the waterfall landing (approx 1.5 hr tour/flt). Amazing views. Matt ensured both sides had an opportunity to see the sights on “their side.” Accessed parts of the island you’d never be able to see otherwise. We landed at a very cool 1,000 waterfall. About a 30 minute break to look around, take pictures, relax and discuss the area. Matt was very knowledgeable and friendly. If you’ve never been on a helicopter there are relatively constant vibrations and can be a little bumpy (it IS a helicopter...lol). Nothing extreme nor concerning. Their headsets are noise cancelling (though I don’t remember that being briefed to us)....there is a button on the cord (push to activate and you should see a green light....push and hold to turn off and you’ll see a red’ish light) A couple good-to-knows before going: - wear darker clothing to cut down on window reflection(helps for taking pictures) - only sunglasses, phone/camera, water bottle on flight - no hats (free lockers available for any extra stuff you bring)

Nice friendly environment. Staff looked and conducted themselves in professional manner. Very pleasant and clean waiting area.
