Once in a lifetime experience

We really appreciated the knowledge and pleasant personality of our pilot, Josh. He made the experience very enjoyable. We also appreciate the attention to the safety of everyone associated with the flight. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. Mahalo!

Josh was fantastic, we had to adjust our flight due to weather and he made it all worthwhile. The waterfalls were amazing- so much so I even cried but don't tell anyone!

We chose Blue Hawaiian because of their high ratings and enclosed and air-conditioned cockpits. We were not ready for the “open door” experience. To avoid having reflections in your photos, wear dark clothes on the top and bottom and longer shorts or long pants. The pilot can adjust the volume on your headset....be certain that you can hear him/her! You will get a perspective of the island and its beauty that no amount of driving can reveal. Our pilot Sean was very skilled and knowledgeable about the island. You can buy a video of your specific flight for $49; we highly recommend it. Doing this flight early in your stay let’s you better understand some of the locations and how areas developed. We consider this the highlight of our stay.
