Als je ooit in Honolulu bent dan mag je dit niet missen. Kost wat kost doe deze wondermooie ervaring. Het is als een droom, een uur lang in de lucht. Alle belangrijke plaatsen gezien van uit de lucht. In je koptelefoon hoor je van de piloot alle info en zeer belangrijk vond ik de aangepaste muziek. Once in a life time !!!! Dit moet je waarderen met zes sterren!

Paul is a great pilot. Very knowledgeable and professional. Pick up from hotel was on time. Was a great experience to fly in a civilian helicopter instead of a UH1. Looking forward to other adventures with Blue Hawaiian on other Islands.

I'm not going to lie, I was somewhat anxious about doing a helicopter tour but it is a bucket list item so I sucked it up and went. Blue Hawaiian is a well run business, felt completely at ease knowing safety was their number one priority. Of course they do discreetly weigh you kind of funny you just stand on the pad when you check in and your weight shows on their screen, perfect! They do a safety briefing before your flight which is very thorough. You wear a sort of fanny pack, flotation device during the flight. Lucky for us, my husband and I got front row seats next to the pilot. There was only 1 other couple with us and they were seated in the back on either side with 2 middle seats empty. We were very surprised how easy you get in the air, with the headsets on you don't hear the propellers much so a very quiet ride. Our pilot Kris was excellent. It was evident how much he loves his job. He was a great narrator and the music that was played went right with the awe inspiring scenery, of course the classic Jurassic Park music was apropo. The Napali coastline was jaw dropping and the way Kris maneuvered in some of the canyons was exhilarating. Every where you looked was like you were looking at a movie set, hard to believe it was all so real. Our hour flight went by in a wink but luckily we purchased the video of the flight so we can relive it all anytime we want. Don't let fear or anxiety get in the way of doing this fabulous tour, once aloft you will be immersed in another world.

Our anniversary, I booked this tour as a surprise for my spouse. Our pilot Josh was good, both articulate and informative, but the tour somewhat blasé. Your basic helicopter flight around the island. No lingering over points of interest, and no circling to give folks on both sides of the helicopter a photo op of the aforementioned points of interest. The ground crew took a picture of each couple prior to boarding, and then forgot to bring them out on our return, I went in to the office to inquire regarding the pictures. I was told there were no pictures because other helicopters got in the way! Imagine that; a helicopter between the ground crew and the passenger... that would be a mashup of epic proportions and I sure don’t recall that happening. Final observation: The bus ride took an hour to get to there from our hotel and 15 minutes to get back. What’s up with that???

Very seldom are things exactly as advertised. Marco the pilot was great, the ride was smooth, the views and trip was amazing. Cannot recommend it enough. You will NOT regret dropping the cash for this experience!

A good tour guide, our pilot Josh was articulate and informative, but its just your basic helicopter ride. No stopping at points of interest or second looks. A one-time event.

This trip is worth every penny. Our Pilot “Kris” was super friendly and had a tremendous amount of knowledge in local history and Kauai in general. The helicopter is set up so everyone on board is comfortable. The views you will see cannot be captured in words or photos. You have to experience it for yourself. If your in Kauai you cannot leave without experiencing this excursion.
