Wow! sure glad I booked this helicopter ride it was fantastic. Mike was excellent and interactive with all 6 of us. we sat up front so had the best views. We purchased the CD for 40. would recommend this trip.
If you ever wanted to see the island and its beauty, this is the way to do it. We arrived to find a Fleet of Helicopters coming and going with tours. you can see all the open land Volcanoes water falls all over the island and places that you probably just drove by and didn't know they were there. Pilots were friendly and very informative about the island. T-Shirts & Shorts weather. they also have DVD video of your Flight recorded if you care to purchase it after the flight! Beautiful Helicopters!

This was a bucket list item for my daughter and I--and a civilian experience for my husband. The pilot was a marine and made us feel like we were floating on a feather while showing us spectacular canyons and waterfalls on the north coast of the big island. You can't see this any other way. It is a must do.
Someone tried to talk me out of doing this tour. I'm glad I didn't take their advice. I'd never been in a helicopter before and it was an amazing experience. Our pilot kept us out a little longer and despite having to use the bathroom, I was happy for the experience. He was very knowledgeable about the area as well.
