After a bit of a frustrating snafu with another group (3 of us, 5 of them and the desk had trouble getting everyone accommodated so our scheduled flight was a good 15 minutes late) we were finally able to take off. The pilot was friendly and knowledgeable. The trip around the island was breathtaking even in the rain. All in all a good experience after the rocky start.
I HIGHLY recommend this company and their tour. We flew out of Princeville. We saw a whale and her cub from the helicopter too. Flying into the crater next to a 3200' waterfall is one of the most amazing sites I've ever seen. The helicopter is very roomy and clean. When I go back to Kauai I will do this tour again. It's worth every penny!

Knowledgeable, friendly and safety conscious staff throughout my visit. The helicopters are clean and in excellent condition. Our young pilot was so welcoming and his knowledge about the island and explaining the area of where the volcano erupted. Highly recommend this service!

Fantastic experience. We treated my mom/M.I.L to a one hour Oahu tour flying over locations where Jurassic Park and other scenes have been filmed. Our pilot Brandon was courteous and professional. Our headsets played inspirational and heartfelt music. It was such a privilege to share with family. The only negative is that the shuttle pick up/drop off was unacceptably bumpy bordering whiplash. The drivers are not maintaining their vans responsibly.
Trip advisor(you only have a “family with young children or family with teenagers check box on your check list. May we ask why you don’t have a check box for a family treating their elder(s)?) Incidentally, we treated our mom/M.I.L. to a wonderful 1-hour-excursion of an Oahu helicopter tour. Mom was seated next to our pilot Brandon(as she deserved to be). We were seated with another couple in the back(another lady sat upfront next to mom. Breathtaking views of the entire island including the spots where Jurassic park and other movie sets were filmed. The music footage on our earphones was tastefully played and communication from our pilot was consistent yet not over-done. The only negative was the shuttle pick up/drop off: the ride was unimaginably bumpy because of an under maintained van.
