Spectacular! Safe, fun ,well organised ! Hugo our pilot was cool courteous and great fun. Our teenagers spotted a whale shark which was a buzz!!!! The cliffs and waterfalls were amazing . Saw the waterfalls in Jurassic park .flew through clouds Loved every minute .
We took an early morning tour that started at 7:30. After our safety briefing and preparations we boarded our chopper with pilot Kris. He was very friendly and engaging with us. He gave us a lot of details about the history and we were told what exactly we were looking at and what movies were filmed in those locations. We saw two rainbows close up and recorded everything for our memories. We bought the recorded video as well. The cost is pricey as you might expect for a helicopter tour. The ride is comfortable and the pilot is very professional and puts you at ease. I recommend taking a helicopter tour on Kauai especially. We wanted to see the most magnificent views of Hawaii and we were not disappointed.
This was a great experience. The views of coast lines, waterfalls, past lava flows and massive craters were terrific. The flight was smooth and the pilot was very personable, skillful, professional, and knowledgeable. The customer service is above and beyond. After the flight, the pilot gave my Son a sticker, which unfortunately he later lost. I contacted Blue Hawaiian on the Kona side to see if a replacement could be found. Within a short time, the same pilot (Wesley) emailed me and requested a mailing address, and about a week later, an envelope with 2 stickers arrived. It’s obvious these professionals care about the people that fly with them. Thank you.
