I was nervous but our pilot Greg was a great pilot and very calming. We did the 90 minute ride and that's all we really had time to do. We came in on the Norwegian and it was the trip on the tenders to shore, then the bustrip to the heliport, the helicopter ride and the bus trip back to the harbor, small window for shopping, henna tatoos and back on the tenders. The time in the air had some beautiful views of 2000 foot waterfalls and we put down at one that was over 400 feet tall with a wave crashing shoreline...had snacks and wine and then it was back in the air for more wonderful lush scenery of the coast. I highly recommend this excursion. Awesome!

We used the Blue Hawaii Helicopters for our aerial service around and over the volcanic landscape. They are based at the Hilo airport and now that I have flown with them…the BEST I have ever used!!!! Our pilot was so knowledgeable of the area and obviously was a great pilot. He went around craters and fumaroles so all of us could see on both side of the helicopter. He was funny and answered all of our questions!!! The whole organization is super. They even filmed the entire 55 minute flight using 4 cameras on the inside and outside of the helicopter. The cost was about $60 for it but it was well worth it as it was filmed in HD and you will always have that remembrance!!! Highly, highly recommended to see the lava fields, etc. from high in the air!!!!

Our pilot David (aka Utah) was a delight! The flight was incredibly smooth and full of fun facts/tunes that made the experience spectacular. Keep it up Utah!

The music was majestic, and the pilots were very skilled at flying, and the views were amazing! There's more reasons that I could explain but clearly there's a limit for typing...

Out of all the things in Kauai that we have done during our time here, the helicopter ride with Brian is hands down the most memorable of all. The information that he shared with us made us appreciate Kauai a lot more and we would love to come back and do this all over again! Thank you for making this vacation amazing!
