The entire trip was absolutely awesome. Scheduling was easy and the pre-flight was courtious and professional. Loading was done professionally. (Be careful approaching the helicoptor tbere is a slight trip hazard frkm the waiting area to the helicopter). The pilot was great. He encouraged questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the island a d what he was showing us. I understand that all of the Blue Helicopter pilots are certified as island guides. It definitelu showed. I came away from the flight with a greater awareness and appreciation of Kauai's culture, history,and current circumstances. I cannot imagine leabing this island without seeing the island as only a helicopter tour allows. Most of the sights are completely inaccessible by road or trail. Even those that are accessible cannot be seen from the same perspective.

Awesome experience. Their helicopters are new and very stable and the front end is more open than the helicopter of other companies so you see a more wide view with them. Our pilot Marty was really nice and funny and knowledgeable

We had an excellent experience with Mark as our pilot. We felt very safe with the flight and he gave a good narrative description during the flight. I had to convince my wife and daughter to go on the flight, but they were very happy we did this. They allowed my wife and daughter to switch spots on the flight, so my daughter could sit with an adult. Overall, excellent experience. Mark was great.

Great experience. Got lucky and had a beautiful, clear and non windy day. Great perspective of the island. A must do!

The only issue I had was I needed help with buying a T shirt. Had to leave without one. Pilot and flight was awesome.

The last time we were in Maui my husband and son went on this tour. I cancelled mine because I’m not a fan of flying. But this time in Kauai my husband encouraged me to do it. I’m so happy I did it! It was the highlight of our trip. The views were breathtakimg! Days before we had taken a dinner cruise to go see the Napali coastline, but due to weather conditions we were unable to go close to the Napali. But on the helicopter we were able to see it. It was such a beautiful site! Our pilot Miguel was very knowledgeable and he speaks Spanish. The pilot was conscious, he would turn the helicopter to points of interest so that everyone could see and take pictures. Our flight was pretty smooth even though it was kind of windy. The 55 minutes went by so fast. I’m so glad I didn’t cancel this time!

We had a great flight with Bo Brown our pilot. It was so amazing and beautiful to see the Big Island from the air. I grew up flying and he could really fly that helicopter. He got us close to the new lava beds and the water falls, it was great. It was worth every penny.

Sarah was awesome, she made our first flight on a helicopter very easy for us. We would definitely do it again.

Flown by Brian/Bryan (sorry). Fantastic tour. The pilot mentioned that he left a long career and I think he found his calling. Very informative, calm, and just the right amount of humour. We will be recommending this tour to all of our friends! Thanks again for a breathtaking experience.
