The check-in ground staff was fantastic! Aircraft was clean and well maintained, and the pilot was friendly and informative. This is a "doors -on tour" so don't expect the wind in your hair. I've flown both and after the first time, I'll take the doors on every time now. Much more comfortable. I enjoyed the tour route and narration and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice perspective of Oahu !! Will definitely do it again.

10 out of 10 recommend!! We had the BEST time! Chelsea was the best pilot. Support staff is great and really nice. Great time and AMAZING views. We saw pretty much the whole island. We didn't get to hike this trip and this allowed us to see all the cool things the island topography has to offer from the best view. Highly, highly recommend!!

We enjoyed the waterfall tour so much. The pilot was very informative and the views were outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for a better helicopter ride. Only recommendation is that Blue Hawaiian figures out the parking machine outside. The machine is broken and you have to call the owners of the lot to get instructions on how to secure a spot. Blue Hawaiian should help customers park, especially if that’s the only place to put your vehicle during the tour.

My girlfriend was nervous about a helicopter flight. In fact, she had decided not to go on one in Barcelona last fall. This time, she was very impressed with how calm and reassuring Benjamin was at the controls and in his guiding. The musical accompaniment also helped. Great views of the entire island, despite some clouds and rain. Nice video and pictures too for purchase after the flight.

Fantastic experience with Blue Hawaiian. The pilot did a fantastic job with providing information and entertain on board and the views were spectacular. Good length of time and got plenty for our money.

Not sure how this place does not have 5 stars all the way, could not have asked for a more awesome first experience in a helicopter. Very professional and knowledgeable staff and my family will never forget this experience in Kauai. If you want the best company to fly with look no further and book Blue Hawaiian.

This was our 5th flight with Blue Hawaiian and all have been fantastic .. copters are top notch , always feel safe and as usual our pilot was very friendly and knowledgeable and experienced .. had over 2,000 hours flight experience .. if you’re looking for an unforgettable experience , I highly recommend flying Blue Hawaiian !!!

Reception staff could be a little friendly and more polite. The sympathy appeared only after I informed the attendants, after the tour, that I would buy the video and photos. However, our pilot was very polite and helpful. The pilot proved to be very safe and professional.

The air tour with Mike was so worth it. Both The views and the information provided about the island where fantastic. Recommending early am flight to avoid excessive heat while on air

We had the most amazing experience. The best way to experience Kauai is by air since 70% of the island is inaccessible by ground. Our pilot Alio was incredible! I was worried about getting nauseous or air sick but did not get sick one bit! Alio took us to the waterfalls, through the canyons, along the Napali Coast and to the wettest place on earth. He shared Kauai’s history and gave us tips and recommendations. This tour was worth every penny and was the highlight of our trip! Thanks Alio!

Beautiful experience. Our pilot Chelsea was cool, professional, and safe. It is an expensive activity but I’m so glad that we did it. I would definitely recommend it.

Not very friendly when we checked in,when I inquired about sitting up front was told it was the pilot who decided,UNTRUE (upon his return from previous flight he was refueled and never once talked to the ground crew before we loaded) Seeing the waterfalls from the ground was cool,I just don’t think it was worth 720.00. Just my opinion. Putting 4 people in the rear seat is just to tight. On a positive note, the Pilot was very nice and informative. I really hate to post what is a negative experience but,felt like all they want is your money.
