For us this was an amazing experience. Mat, our pilot was super cool and very professional. Felt safe and we learned a lot. The waterfall landing was unreal, won’t spoil it for future visitors but it’s a real memory treat. Thanks Mat, great job 👏. Barrie and Sue. 19 Nov 22 Definitely recommend Blue Hawaiian.

The tour itself was fantastic.  Kai was was a very knowledgeable guide, as well as excellent pilot.  He made sure that everyone could see the sights from wherever you were seated, taking several passes over the caldera of Kilauea to view the lava.  We did an amazing touch down at the foot of an immense waterfall.  As we flew over dense jungle, Kai made a soft touch down on a patch of grass.  It was awesome!  Why only 4 stars...their customer service.  I booked 4 premium seats.  One of us was ill with a fever.  They opted not to go & expose others.  Mark refused to give me a refund or even a credit for future use.  He offered to reschedule my guest, but they were leaving the next day.  He then insisted on a "note" from a Dr.  We provided one, and still no refund.  Just know that unless you can plan when you get sick, this group will show no compassion or empathy.  He didn't trust me to be telling him the truth.  What a sad way to go through life.

Fantastic and worth every penny. Weather was cloudy over the volcano so we landed at the waterfall which was epic. Highly recommend!

The weather did not permit the ride we signed up and paid for.   The mark of a good company is most often what they do in adversity.   They gave us options on how to proceed.   The group of riders decided to go ahead with a different ride.   We had a great time.  Shane is an excellent tour guide with amazing knowledge of the Kohala Coast and also all the happenings in the area.   We certainly all made lemonade out of lemons.   I can't believe there could be a bad ride in this beautiful paradise.   I highly recommend the company and the pilots!

Amazing crew and Pilot Kai. We took the Kohala Coast tour and Kai did a fantastic job showing us the beauty of the Kohala Coast and the waterfalls in the area. 20/10 would do again.

Trip was awesome reservations and confirms we’re a bit lacking. Paid up for front seats then told at 9 pm the night before that we were getting bumped bc there were no others on the flight. But it did turn out fine. Just did not need the anxiety on a vacation. Staff seemed uninterested. For that price they should give you the flash drive if pics instead of up selling you.

Was very disappointed that our tour got canceled bc of the weather but luckily the next day we got to fly and it made up for everything especially being able to see the rainbows! Our pilot Markus really made us feel safe and gave us a great experience it was 3/4 of us first helicopter ride and it was one we will never forget! Also the front desk lady’s were some of the nicest and friendliest people we met on this trip, Definitely recommend !!! Tip: try doing this one of the first few days your get to the island seems better fitting so you get to see the spots to visit.

Kai was awesome, however the customer service of the short Asian lady was horrible! I paid for the party and she forced me into seat 4 (the middle seat). She was truly a Bih!

Excellent! Worth every penny. Our pilot Chelsea was also outstanding. Be ware however a person on our trip got a bit ill. Its warm and a strange feeling to be closed in like that. I'd suggest being very hydrated and wearing very cool clothes. Although there was AC once we were air borne still warm inside.

it is fascinating to see the islands from the air - and to see Molokai - we have taken several Hawaiian helicopter tours - enjoy them very much - Mike handled the helicopter very well and was full of information - it is amazing!!!

This tour was fabulous!! We will absolutely do this again. It was worth every single penny. The views were spectacular and the pilot was fun, friendly, and knowledgeable. Kauai is a beautiful island, and even more breathtaking from above.
