When planning my return trip to the Big Island, the intention of coming was to give my father a once in a lifetime vacation that he had spent decades dreaming and wishing for. With his current health where it stands, every aspect of our trip was poured over to ensure he could participate in activities safely and enjoy the most that he could. A helicopter tour was his one request and Blue Hawaiian Helicopters and our tour guide Toshi did not disappoint! From the breathtaking views to the well timed music playlist, Toshi's knowledge, experience, humor and beyond; this has been one of the greatest moments of my life. Seeing the joy on my dad's face meant the world and I can rest assured he savored every minute just as much as I did.

These guys were awesome! Ethan was a very good pilot and guide, very knowledgeable about the surrounding landscape and the area he tours. He can't control the amount of lava flow or the natural environment but does a fantastic job of getting the best views! Highly recommended!

Amazing tour. Pilot Toshi was incredible- if you can request him- do! Able to see lava, jungle, waterfalls, coastline. Just an amazing trip and worth every penny. Learned about the volcanoes and able to see the evolution as they age. Highly recommend.

This was the highlight of our Honolulu holiday! Our Pilot Fernando was incredible! Cannot say enough about this tour. My husband and I were very moved by the whole experience and will be recommending to everyone we know in Australia. Thank you, we can't wait to bring our family next time so they can experience this also.

Even though we bought Big Island trip, it was changed to Kohala Valleys because of the weather. The fly was amazing stoping at the big waterfall KAJ is an incredible pilot and fly guide. We enjoyed a lot

Breathtaking and educational. Our guide, Kai, gave us a lot of history and information, explaining what we were seeing. The Volcano lava flowing was exciting to see, and the waterfalls and were majestic as they cascaded thousands of feet into valleys and the ocean. The contrast of the two sides of the island from a birds eye view was a sight to behold. Seeing the reefs in the ocean below left us in awe as we admired the beauty and colors. This has to be the best way to see the Big Island!

Fast check in, clean area, friendly staff. Our pilot Sami was reassuring, informative, and fun! Spectacular views from both sides of the helicopter. We felt safe the whole time. We booked as a group of two and we’re combined with another group of two but everyone got side or front facing window seats. We got to experience views only accessible by helicopter. It was our 5th wedding anniversary and this made it beyond memorable. Thank you Blue Hawaiian!!

Karl, our pilot, was terrific…friendly, knowledgeable, fun, experienced, and had the best sound track! We saw everything from lava flowing to rain forests to landing at an amazing waterfall! This is an expensive excursion, but well worth it. It was an hour of beautiful skies, awesome landscape and breathtaking views. Certainly one of the most memorable experience my daughter and I ever done Truly magnificent and memorable.

Amazing experience with great pilot. Greg was wonderful with a great sense of humor and very smooth flying. The entire team was very professional and courteous. Loved the adventure and there is no better way to see Kauai

Had a tour of Oahu and from the time we showed up until the time we left, everyone there was so amazing. Jamie got us checked in, set up and even hooked us up with some great spots to eat outside of Waikiki. Our pilot Marcus was so nice and had so much knowledge. Would 1000% recommend Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. We will most definitely be using them on our trip to Maui.
